摘要： Provided are a gas turbine multi-hole film-cooled combustor liner, which can be manufactured with improved accuracy in shape and position of cooling holes in a very short time, ensuring desirable buckling strength and satisfactory cooling performance. A planar flat member is curved to form a liner shell of a cylindrical shape, the cylindrical member is welded in the longitudinal direction thereof to form a cylindrical shell. Then a wavy configuration and a corrugated configuration are formed on the cylindrical shell by a hydro-bulging method, cooling holes are formed through the liner shell by laser drilling at or near wave crest portions of the wavy configuration of the liner shell, and inner rings are attached to the liner shell by resistance spot welding or vacuum brazing.

The control circuit determines that the opening/closing unit is in the closed state when the first interlock switch is on and the open/close detection sensor is detecting the closed state.

A wide-open intake air amount, which is an intake air amount corresponding to a state where the throttle valve is fully opened, is calculated according to the engine rotational speed, and a theoretical intake air amount, which is an intake air amount corresponding to a state where no exhaust gas of the engine is recirculated to a combustion chamber of the engine, is calculated according to the wide-open intake air amount and the intake pressure. An intake air amount of the engine is detected or estimated, and an amount of the evaporative fuel/air mixture supplied through the evaporative fuel passage to the intake passage is calculated. An intake gas amount is calculated by correcting the intake air amount using the evaporative fuel/air mixture amount, and an exhaust gas recirculation ratio is calculated using the theoretical intake air amount and the intake gas amount. The engine is controlled using the calculated exhaust gas recirculation ratio.
