    • PURPOSE:To provide the vacuum degreasing and washing device which can wash in a short time without allowing the vapor of a washing liquid to leak to the outside and without contaminating the wash with the vapor of the washing liquid. CONSTITUTION:This vacuum degreasing and washing device is constituted by successively providing a washing chamber 1 where the washing liquid 2 for the wash 6 is stored in the lower part with a vacuum heating chamber 3 having a vacuum evacuating means and a heating means 11 for heating the wash 6 via a sluice valve 8 and is disposed with the vacuum heating chamber 3 in the middle of a route where the wash 6 is transported between the outside and the washing chamber 1. This washing chamber 1 is provided with the heating means 10 for heating the washing liquid to a high temp. The vacuum heating chamber 3 is provided with a gas introducing port 12 for introducing an inert gas into the chamber. The washing of the wash is executed without leaking the vapor of the washing liquid to the outside, by which the air pollution is prevented and the contamination of the wash with the vapor of the washing liquid is obviated. The washing cycle is completed in a short time and the working efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of electric power and to simplify the constitution of a rotary shaft by constituting a rotor provided with an evaporation face of a material made of metal and arranging an electrically-conductive coil for induction heating to the opposite side of the evaporation face of this rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 2 made of metal is provided to the tip of a rotary shaft 3 introduced into a vacuum vessel 1 and a funnelform evaporation face 4 is formed in the front face of this rotor 2 and an electrically-conductive coil 5 supported in the vessel is arranged in the opposite side of this face. A high-frequency electric power source 6 feeding high-frequency electric power to the coil 5 from the outside is arranged to the outside of this vessel 1. In this apparatus, raw liquid is fed through a feed pipe 7 and evaporated components are taken out through a takeout pipe 8 and the residue is taken out through a takeout pipe 9. Therefore the consumption of electric power is reduced in comparison with such a case that the rotor 2 is subjected to radiation heating by means of a heating resistor and the structure of the rotary shaft 3 is simplified in comparison with the case heating the rotor 2 by a heating element.

SOLUTION: One or a plurality of stages of shelf plates 12 are arranged in a freezing and drying chamber 41, a first opening 42 and a first gate 43 for opening and closing the opening 42 are provided on the side wall of the freezing and drying chamber 41, a second opening 52 and a second gate 53 for opening and closing the second opening 52 are provided on the side wall of the freezing and drying chamber 41 opposed to the first opening 42, a conveyor 47 for conveying matters to be frozen and dried as well as a warehousing pusher 49 for pushing the matters to be frozen and dried from the opening 42 into the freezing and drying chamber 41 are provided before the first opening 42 as a warehousing means, and a discharging pusher 51 for pushing the matters to be frozen and dried in the freezing and drying chamber from the second opening 52 to the outside of the chamber is provided as a discharging means.
