    • PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of electric power and to simplify the constitution of a rotary shaft by constituting a rotor provided with an evaporation face of a material made of metal and arranging an electrically-conductive coil for induction heating to the opposite side of the evaporation face of this rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 2 made of metal is provided to the tip of a rotary shaft 3 introduced into a vacuum vessel 1 and a funnelform evaporation face 4 is formed in the front face of this rotor 2 and an electrically-conductive coil 5 supported in the vessel is arranged in the opposite side of this face. A high-frequency electric power source 6 feeding high-frequency electric power to the coil 5 from the outside is arranged to the outside of this vessel 1. In this apparatus, raw liquid is fed through a feed pipe 7 and evaporated components are taken out through a takeout pipe 8 and the residue is taken out through a takeout pipe 9. Therefore the consumption of electric power is reduced in comparison with such a case that the rotor 2 is subjected to radiation heating by means of a heating resistor and the structure of the rotary shaft 3 is simplified in comparison with the case heating the rotor 2 by a heating element.

    • PURPOSE:To heighten distillating efficiency remarkably by a mechanism wherein a heating means is formed by a plurality of low frequency induction heating coils in the upper and lower directions while temperature detectors are provided, and the coils are controlled, in the titled apparatus applied to a chemical plant of food, medicine industry, etc. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a tower 1 is evacuated to a fixed degree of vacuum by means of a vacuum pump, a liquid to be distilled slowly flows down on an inner surface of a heat transmission wall 3 by the working of a rotary blade 8a and agitating blades 8d by driving a motor 8b, and heated through the heat transmission wall 3 by means of low frequency induction heating coils 4a, 4b, 4c during the flowing- down, effective components are changed into vapor, condensed by means of a condenser 9 and obtained from a discharge port 10, and others are discarded from a discharge port 11. Coils 4a, 4b, 4c are controlled by signals from temperature regulators 6a, 6b, 6c while detecting each wall temperature by means of temperature detectors 5a, 5b, 5c during the said cycle. Thus, the yield of the effective components obtained from the liquid to be treated can be heightened.

    • PURPOSE:To change continuously a pressure from a negative pressure state to a pressurized state and to attain with high accuracy by using a pressure generator and a vacuum generator so as to adjust pressure. CONSTITUTION:In marking the pressure in a section 1 to be controlled negative, a vacuum pump 8 is activated to control exhaust by a vacuum adjusting valve 10, a switch valve 5 of a pressure pump 4 is shut, an air inlet switch valve 7 is opened to introduce air. The air introduction quantity is adjusted by the control of a pressure adjusting valve 6 and the adjusting quantity is controlled by changing the opening of valves 10, 6. In making pressurized state, the pump 4 is activated, the valve 5 is opened, the valve 7 is shut, the valve 6 is controlled to adjust the flow of compressed air to the section 1 to be controlled. In this case, the valve 10 of a large diameter is shut and a vacuum adjusting valve 9 of a small diameter is exhausted minutely to obtain a high adjusting accuracy.
