摘要： A door switch includes a casing, a cam, the cam being caused to operate by manipulation of a manipulation key, and a detection unit for detecting an operating state of the cam. The casing houses at least a part of the cam and the detection unit. The cam is configured to be caused to operated by insert manipulation of inserting the manipulation key into the casing when the manipulation key has a shape adapted to a shape of the cam, and not to be caused to operate by the insert manipulation when the manipulation key does not have a shape adapted to the shape of the cam. 摘要： Provided is an inexpensive seed material for liquid phase epitaxial growth of silicon carbide. A seed material 12 for liquid phase epitaxial growth of a monocrystalline silicon carbide includes a surface layer containing a polycrystalline silicon carbide with a 3C crystal polymorph. Upon X-ray diffraction of the surface layer thereof, a first-order diffraction peak corresponding to a (111) crystal plane is observed as a diffraction peak corresponding to the polycrystalline silicon carbide with a 3C crystal polymorph but no other first-order diffraction peak having a diffraction intensity of 10% or more of the diffraction intensity of the first-order diffraction peak corresponding to the (111) crystal plane is observed.

Alternatively, the pulse laser welding aluminum alloy material has such a porosity generation rate of 1.5 (μm2/mm) or less in the pulse-laser welded portion as is numerically defined by dividing the porosity total area (μm2), as indicated by the product of the sectional area and the number of porosities, by the length (mm) of an observation section.
