摘要： A shift control device in a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission in which a hydraulic closed circuit is formed between a swash plate type hydraulic pump and a swash plate type hydraulic motor, and a swash plate holder for supporting a motor swash plate of the hydraulic motor is tiltably supported on a stationary structure through a trunnion shaft fixedly mounted on the swash plate, wherein a drive shaft of a reversible electric motor is connected to the trunnion shaft through a reduction device which is constructed so that it transmits the rotation of the electric motor to the trunnion shaft at a reduced speed, but is brought into a locked state upon receipt of a reverse load from the trunnion shaft. This enables light adjustment of the tilting angle of the motor swash plate by use of a small-sized electric motor and reliable holding of the motor swash plate in a position at any angle.

摘要： In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission comprising a swashplate type hydraulic pump having a pump swashplate and annularly arranged pump plungers whose suction and discharge strokes are provided by the pump swashplate, a swashplate type hydraulic motor having a motor swashplate and annularly arranged motor plungers whose expansion and shrinkage strokes are provided by the motor swashplate, and a hydraulic closed circuit formed between the hydraulic pump and motor, the middle point of a discharge region of the hydraulic pump is angularly delayed at a given angle in a direction of rotation of the hydraulic pump relative to a tilting axis of the pump swashplate, and/or the middle, point of an expansion region of the hydraulic motor is angularly advanced at a given angle in a direction of rotation of the hydraulic motor relative to a tilting axis of the motor swashplate. Further, a suction region of the hydraulic pump is set at an angle larger than that of a discharge region thereof, and/or a shrinkage region of the hydraulic motor is set at an angle larger than that of an expansion region thereof.

摘要： A swashplate type variable displacement hydraulic device is so constructed that a plurality of plungers are slidably received in a plurality of cylinder bores arranged annularly around an axis of rotation, a back surface of a swashplate of which a fore surface is engaged by outer ends of the plungers is supported by a swashplate holder via bearing means, and a stationary swashplate anchor supports the swashplate holder to turn about a trunnion axis which intersects the axis of rotation at right angles. Opposing surfaces of the swashplate holder and swashplate anchor are formed as spherical surfaces of which a center is located at a position where the axis of rotation intersects the trunnion axis, the swashplate holder has a pair of trunnion shafts projected from opposite ends of the swashplate holder while extending along the trunnion axis, and the trunnion anchor is formed at opposite ends thereof with recesses with which the trunnion shafts are rotatably engaged.

摘要： In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission in which a clutch valve capable of operating between a clutch-on position for setting a hydraulic closed circuit between a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor to a hydraulic transmitting state and a clutch-off position for setting the hydraulic closed circuit to a hydraulic transmission cutting-off state is connected to the hydraulic closed circuit, a pressure bearing chamber for urging the clutch valve to the clutch-off position, and a pressure regulating spring for urging the valve to the clutch-on position are provided in the clutch valve, and a clutch controller for regulating the set load of the pressure regulating spring is connected to the pressure regulating spring. Thus, the degree of the hydraulic transmission between the pump and the motor can be controlled as desired without influence of the viscous change of a working oil. The clutch valve is disposed at one axial end of a transmission shaft.

摘要： In a swash plate type hydraulic system such as a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor of the like, a group of cylinder bores in which plungers engaging a swash plate are slidably received are annularly arranged in a cylinder block, and higher and lower pressure oil passages are concentrically provided in the cylinder block. Further, a group of distributor valves are provided in the cylinder block in a radially arranged configuration for controlling the connection and disconnection between the higher and lower pressure oil passages and the group of cylinder bores by radial reciprocating motion of the valves, and an eccentric wheel is provided eccentrically with respect to the center of rotation of the cylinder block to abut against the outer ends of the distributor valves so as to impart a reciprocating motion to each of the distributor valves. A shifting device is provided for changing the eccentric relationship between the eccentric wheel and the cylinder block.

摘要： A power train for vehicles having a swashplate type continuously variable transmission having a swashplate hydraulic pump and a swashplate hydraulic motor, a transmission cylinder therebetween with a plurality of pump plunger holes and motor plunger holes formed therein. The transmission cylinder is rotatable about an axis and is coupled with the crankshaft of the engine. The pump swashplate is rotatable and disposed at an angle to the axis of the transmission cylinder and is coupled with pump plungers. A motor swashplate which is variably inclined relative to the axis of the cylinder and includes motor plungers associated with the cylinder. The swashplates have a number of spherical protruding portions which are abutted by spherical concave portions on the plungers with the concavities having a larger radius of curvature than the protruding portions with engagement varying from radially outwardly to radially inwardly of the axes of the plungers relative to the cylinder and radial forces are diametrically disposed to center the swashplate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for controlling an automatic transmission of a vehicle which is capable of continuously changing a transmission ratio (Rt) and transmission coefficient (Ct). The method is three fold, that is, an initial stage control procedure, a special stage control procedure and a normal stage control procedure having priority in operation in this order.At the initial stage control procedure, Rt and Ct are determined, according to a plurality of indices representing a state of the vehicle, so that the vehicle is accelerated effectively, in general.At the special stage control procedure, Rt and Ct are determined, when a propelling force transmitting path for transmitting propelling force from an engine to the ground is disconnected at least at one part, so that a shock due to a recovery of said propelling force transmitting path is minimized.At the normal stage control procedure, Rt and Ct are determined so that the vehicle responds to the operation of the driver swiftly.

摘要： In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission, a pump cylinder of a swashplate type hydraulic pump is integrally and coaxially coupled with a motor cylinder of a swashplate type hydraulic motor. A number of distributor valves are radially arranged for reciprocal movement between radially inner and outer positions to put a large number of pump ports in the hydraulic pump into communication with the higher and lower pressure oil passages, and an eccentric ring circumscribed about the distributor valves is connected to an input member of the hydraulic pump for movement between a clutch OFF position and a clutch ON position. A clutch spring is connected to the eccentric ring for biasing the eccentric ring toward the clutch OFF position, and a weight is added to the eccentric ring and adapted to exhibit a centrifugal force for moving the eccentric ring toward the clutch ON position against a spring force of the clutch spring.
