摘要： A bottom plate (4a) of a box-shaped package (4) is made of a metal. Portions of the package (4) (peripheral wall (4b) and cover plate (4c)) other than the bottom plate (4a) are made of a resin or a ceramic that is more economical than the metal. The material cost of the package (4) can thus be reduced in comparison with the case where the package (4) is made of the metal as a whole. A Peltier module (5) is fixed to the bottom plate (4a). A base (6) is fixed over the Peltier module (5), and a semiconductor laser chip (2) is disposed on this base (6). Heat from the semiconductor laser chip (2) and from the Peltier module (5) can be efficiently radiated through the bottom plate (4a) made of the metal, and deterioration of heat radiation performance can be prevented.

摘要： An N-phase electric machine, N being an integer ≥3, includes a housing; i×N stator windings arranged in a fixed manner in the housing, i being an integer ≥2; and a rotatable rotor surrounded by the i×N stator windings in the housing. The stator windings are consecutively divided into i subgroups in a circumferential direction, each subgroup having N stator windings. The electric machine further comprises i current control modules and i temperature measurement devices, each current control module being correspondingly electrically connected to the N stator windings in one corresponding subgroup, so that when the stator windings in the i subgroups are supplied with power by the i current control modules, a rotating magnetic field is generated around the rotor. Each temperature measurement device is configured to measure the temperature of one corresponding subgroup in the i subgroups during operation of the electric machine.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing an insulated electric wire, in which a primary coating layer including at least an enamel-baking layer is formed on a metallic conductor to form a primary coated electric wire, and a secondary coating layer is extrusion-formed on the primary coating layer of the primary coated electric wire. The method includes an electric wire pre-heating process where a surface of the primary coating layer is pre-heated using an electric wire pre-heating unit, and a resin extrusion process where a secondary coating layer is extrusion-formed on the pre-heated primary coating layer using a resin extrusion unit. Further disclosed is an apparatus for producing an insulated electric wire.

The ferrule is formed of a molded product of synthetic resin, and is provided with at least one connecting member (12) on the side of butting end face connected to the optical device. The connecting member (12) has a linear expansion coefficient set at a value smaller than the linear expansion coefficient of a synthetic resin forming the ferrule.

摘要： A torque variation in an internal combustion engine due to the combustion variations is detected at each predetermined period. An average torque variation to be compared with the detected torque variation is predetermined experimentally based on the engine speed and the intake manifold pressure and is stored in a memory. The number of the detected torque variations which exceed the average torque variation multiplied by a predetermined constant is counted, and if the ratio of the counted number to the total number of the detected torque variations is larger than a predetermined reference value, then the presence of a torque variation is determined.
