摘要： A sealing arrangement for providing a seal between a component and a cylinder in which the component is inserted includes a sealing ring supported in the axial direction in a circumferential slot on the component. The sealing ring has at least one static and one dynamic sealing lip. The sealing lips rest radially on corresponding sealing surfaces of the component and the cylinder. To reduce the noise generated during movement of the component in the cylinder, the geometrical shape of at least of one of the sealing lips is asymmetrical in the axial and/or radial direction with respect to a longitudinal axis of the component or a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the component, or cavities are distributed around a circumference of a base body portion of the sealing ring.

The operation device includes a positioning servo arrangement with a pneumatic power cylinder arrangement. The pneumatic power cylinder arrangement acts on a clutch release sleeve arrangement. A cover fits over the front end of the body and is so tight that the front compartment can be pressurized to a superatmospheric pressure without leakage out the front end. A free piston slidable in the body forward of the plunger subdivides the body forward of the plunger into a front compartment at the front body end holding the soluble component and a rear compartment between the plunger and the piston and holding the solvent. Stops are provided for arresting the free piston when it is level with the bypass in a position permitting flow through the bypass between the compartments.

Certain human autocrine motility factor receptors or proteins (gp78-hAMFR) have been identified which are useful in the screening of human bladder cancer cells and malignant tumors. Methods and assay kits for the screening of human bladder cancer, human cancer cells, and tumors, are provided wherein antibodies or other probes are used which recognize gp78-hAMFR expression. These methods and assays readily distinguish between non-malignant and malignant cancer cells and tumors and can be used to gauge metastatic potential.
