CONSTITUTION: When a measured flow rate is a prescribed flow rate or less, a second opening part 42 with major diameter is closed by a solenoid valve 47. In this state, the float valve element 44 of a float valve 43 is raised by the pressure of a gas, and the gas is carried from a first gas passage 14 to a second gas passage 15 through a first opening part 41 with minor diameter, and arrived at a fluidics oscillation generating part. The first opening part 41 and the clearance between a bulkhead 13 and the float valve element 44 act as resistances to absorb the pressure fluctuation of the gas. On the other hand, when the measured flow rate exceeds the prescribed flow rate, the second opening part 42 is opened by the solenoid valve 47. Thus, the gas is passed also through the second opening part 43, and the pressure loss can be suppressed low.
