摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a pressure fluctuation absorbing device which can effectively absorb pressure fluctuation with pressure loss restrained low by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: This pressure fluctuation absorbing device has a partition 24 for partitioning a main body 21 into air-chambers 22, 23; an introduction port 25; a discharge port 26; a cylindrical body 27 which is fixed to the upper face of the partition 24 at its lower end; and a float 28 arranged inside the cylindrical body 27. A gas introducing opening 29 is provided on the bottom of the cylindrical body 27, and the upper side of the cylindrical body 27 is closed by an upper wall 30. A sliding member 42 slides in a throttle opening 31 functioning as a variable throttle on the side wall of the cylindrical body 27 to prevent the clogging of the throttle opening 31. The small hole 32 of the upper wall 30 makes the air-chamber 33 function as a cushioning mechanism for controlling the abrupt movement of the float 28 to prevent hunting. The sliding member 41 slides in the small hole 32 with the vertical movement of the float 28 to prevent the clogging of the small hole 32.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the driving current value of a photocoupler between a meter main body side and a network controller to irreducible minimum, to suppress the current consumption of a battery for a power supply and to cope with a communication fault. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment 10 is provided, the network controller 20 is interposed between the terminal equipment 10 and a communication channel 30 and the photocoupler is connected between the terminal equipment 10 and the network controller 20. Also, the current value for driving the photocoupler is made appropriately changeable and settable and a controller for increasing a driving current when communication is unsuccessful and performing the communication again is provided. The driving current value of the photocoupler is set to a lowest value when the terminal equipment 10 is installed and the driving current value is increased and set corresponding to a communication state after installation. Then, the communication thereafter is performed by driving the photocoupler by the increased and set driving current.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a method for detecting leakage of city gas in a service pipe without requiring any digging work of ground. CONSTITUTION: A gas meter 3 is provided with a pressure sensor 5 and installed on a leakless duct 2. The pressure sensor 5 measures the pressure difference when no gas flows through the duct and when gas flows through the duct and the measurement is stored along with the flow rate as initial values. Subsequently, the flow rate and the pressure difference are measured every time when the gas flows to be used for a gas apparatus. The pressure difference is subjected to flow rate correction and compared with the initial value thus detecting leakage of gas. Since leakage of gas from a duct coupling the gas meter 3 and a main or branch line 1 can be detected without requiring any digging work, manpower can be reduced and since leakage is monitored every time when the gas is used, safety is enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a method for detecting leakage of city gas in a service pipe without requiring any digging work of ground. The pressure sensor 5 measures the pressure difference when no gas flows through the duct and when gas flows through the duct and the flow rate of gas is also measured. The pressure difference is integrated for a predetermined time and stored along with the flow rate as initial values. Subsequently, the flow rate and the pressure difference are measured every time when the gas is used. The pressure difference is integrated for a predetermined time and the flow rate is corrected. The integrated value subjected to flow rate correction is then compared with the initial integration value thus detecting leakage of gas. Since leakage of gas from a duct coupling the gas meter 3 and a main or branch line 1 can be detected without requiring any digging work, manpower can be reduced and since leakage is monitored every time when the gas is used, safety is enhanced. Furthermore, since an integrated pressure drop is subjected to comparison, microfluctuation in the pressure of gas being supplied from the main or branch line 1 can be averaged and detection miss or erroneous detection can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a pressure fluctuation suppressing device which can absorb and suppress the considerably large pressure variation without generating the remarkable reduction of the gas transport faculty and without increasing the arrangement space. CONSTITUTION: A pressure fluctuation suppressing device is constituted of a fine pipe collection body 22 consisting of hollow fine pipes 21 installed at a part in a pipe 11 for gas transport, partitioning wall 12 which has an orifice 13 and is formed nearly vertically at the center part on a pipe inner wall, keeping a prescribed distance from the end part of the fine pipe collection body 22, and a chamber 23 which is formed between the end part of the fine pipe collection body 22 and the partitioning wall 12. The fine pipe collection body 22 includes a number of space parts in the fine pipe 21 and the space parts surrounded by three fine pipes, and acts as the inertia element which is equivalent to the inductance in an electric circuit and the parasitic resistance. The orifice 13 is equivalent to the resistance in the electric circuit, and the chamber 23 is equivalent to the capacity. The combination of these elements acts as a kind of acoustic filter which is equivalent to an LRC circuit, and effectively suppresses the pressure variation in the pipe.

The flexibility of the piezo electric film main body 35a is increased by the folded section 35c, and it can thereby be reasonably mounted onto a cylindrical support member.

When the detected flow stays within a pilot flame registrable range, this detected flow is registered in a memory 13 as the pilot flame flow, and registration completion is displayed on the pilot flame registration state display portion 33 of the LCD 15.
