摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waste of thermal energy and operations for returning the molten metal in a ladle to a furnace when delay or stop occurs to a line by enabling a normal metal pouring operation such that all the molten metal being put in the ladle is always poured into a die until the ladle becomes empty. SOLUTION: In this casting method, dies 40 transferred from a die forming step 20 are filled with the metal in a metal pouring step 10, and then fed to a die releasing step 30. In the metal pouring step 10, the dies 40 are transferred one by one, and the metal pouring operation is started at the time when the number of the dies 40, into which the molten metal can be poured with the volume taken up by one ladle 52, are transferred to a front buffer 11 before the molten metal is poured to the dies 40 by the ladles 52. All the dies 40 transferred to the metal pouring step 10 during the metal pouring operation are received in the front buffer 11.
