SOLUTION: In the burr removing machine for sand core removing the burr developed on a parting surface of a die at the time of forming the sand core, the deburring material 12 for shaving out the burr from a burr-sticking surface of the sand core, a shifting means for shifting the deburring material 12 while following on the burr-sticking surface of the sand core and a displacing mechanism 16 arranged between the burr removing material and the shifting means and displacing the burr removing material to the direction absorbing a force when the larger force than a prescribed force is applied to the molding deburring material 12, are provided. Therefore, when the larger force than the prescribed force is applied to the deburring material 12 at the time of removing this burr, the displacing mechanism 10 is moved and the deburring material 12 is displaced to the direction absorbing this force.

    • PURPOSE: To improve productivity by separating a formed mold injecting molding sand from a de clamping mechanism, firing at a first firing position and setting the other forming mold at a second firing position into a die clamping mechanism to execute the injection into the other forming mold during firing. CONSTITUTION: When the de clamping of an A die completes, an injecting tank 32x is shifted to the A die direction with a traversing cylinder 34y and a nozzle 32n is connected with an opening hole of the A die to inject the molding sand and the nozzle is returned back to the original position. The A die is shifted to a firing part 40 direction by working the drawing-in mechanism 50 and fired at the first firing position C with a first roller conveyor 46a. A B die positioned at the second firing position D is shifted to a lower die supporting mechanism 22 with a second roller conveyor 46a and the drawing-in mechanism and the opening between an upper die and the lower die, is executed to take out a sand mold as the molding for product by pushing up with an ejecting pin. The B die is clamped as the same way as the A die to execute the injection of the molding sand. Since the injection of the molding sand into the B die is executed during firing the A die in such a way, the productivity can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible the automatic deflashing of a non-circular type core by pressing a roller cutter fitted loosely to a cutter shaft to the inside circumferential surface of a core bore by centrifugal force and rotating the cutter along the inside circumferential surface of the bore. CONSTITUTION:The roller cutter 24 which is provided with a blade 24b on the outside circumferential surface and is tapered in the lower part is loosely fitted to the cutter shaft 22 and the shaft 22 is attached to the bracket 21 of a revolving shaft 11a driven by an air motor 1. The water jacket core (a) set to a positioning jig 26 is fixed by the retaining jig 15 of a core retaining plate 13 and the bracket 21 inserted into the core (a) is rotationally driven. The cutter 24 rotates to deflash the core (a) while the cutter is held pressed to the inside surface of the bore (b) of the core (a) by the centrifugal force. The automatic deflahsing of the non-circular type core of the water jacket is thus made possible.
