    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method where slurry composed of casting sand, a water soluble inorganic salt binder and water after use is almost directly utilized, so as to be recycled, thus a water soluble core is made into the one having further practicality and excellent environmental properties.
      SOLUTION: In the core molding device, slurry-shaped casting sand composed of casting sand and a water-soluble inorganic salt binder is recovered from a casting using a water soluble core in which the surface of each casting sand grain is coated with the water soluble inorganic salt binder, so as to be reutilized. The device is composed of: a slurry box (A); and a casting die (B). The slurry box (A) comprises: a stop valve 6 for slurry charge connected with an insertion port for slurry-shaped casting sand in a casting die; an air valve 3 for slurry fluidization of blowing air for slurry fluidization into the slurry-shaped casting sand in the slurry box; an air release valve 4 for slurry fluidization of exhausting the air for slurry fluidization; and an air blowing valve 5 for charge of charging the slurry-shaped casting sand in the slurry box to a cavity in the casting die. In the casting die (B), the inside is provided with: a cavity 8; and an exhaust vent 9 for exhausting the inside of the cavity 8.
