    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a core without forming an unnecessary solid portion at a nozzle inserting port of a die.
      SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for molding the core, in which a mixture of casting sand and fusible binder is used as a raw material, and an inserting process, a filling-up process, a ventilation process and a pull-out process are included. In the inserting process, the nozzle is inserted into the nozzle inserting port formed in the die for core. In the filling-up process, the mixture suspended in the die is filled up through the nozzle. In the ventilation process, the air is supplied into the nozzle until losing the fluidity of the mixture in the nozzle. In the pull-out process, the nozzle is pulled out from the die while the mixture is stuck into the nozzle. The mixture losing the fluidity by performing the ventilating process, is stuck on the inner wall of the nozzle, and in the pull-out process performed thereafter, the nozzle can be pulled out from the nozzle inserting port while the mixture is stuck into the nozzle. The mixture can be filled up in the die without leaving the mixture in the die. As a result, the core is easily taken out from the die.
