    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnostic device which can diagnose deterioration of a power generation system generating power by utilizing natural energy.SOLUTION: A controller 21a includes a deterioration diagnosis processing section 50 as diagnostic means. The processing section 50 consists of an input section 51, a power generation amount predicting section 52, a grouping section 53, a deterioration determining section 54, and a data output section 55. In the processing section 50, the amount of power generated by utilizing natural energy is predicted by the power generation amount predicting section 52 by using weather data input by the input section 51. The grouping section 53 groups power generation systems having a similar change tendency of actual power generation amount on the basis of the power generation history data indicating the power actually generated by the power generation system. The deterioration determining section 54 calculates the deterioration determination ratio R of a predicted power generation amount and an actual power generation amount for the power generation system thus grouped, and determines deterioration causing reduction of power generation amount.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration arising from collision between stoppers in a stopper mechanism with respect to a stepping motor.
SOLUTION: The stepping motor includes: a stator having a stator coil; a rotor constructed of a permanent magnet and driven by energizing the stator coil; and the stopper mechanism that arrests the rotation of the rotor by abutting a rotating stopper provided on the rotor, in a protruded manner against a fixed stopper provided on the stator in a protruded manner. The fixed stopper is so shaped that its portion opposed to the base of the protrusion of the rotating stopper is protruded from its portion opposed to the tip of the protrusion of the rotating stopper, when the rotating stopper is abutted against it. Thus, abutment between the rotating stopper and the fixed stopper is carried out only at the base of the protrusion of the rotating stopper.
