    • PURPOSE:To realize the regulating with fine accuracy by executing simultaneously in parallel a rough adjustment control by an opening adjusting operation of a large valve, and a fine adjustment control by an opening adjusting operation of a small valve. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate of a fluid flowing in a fluid carrying system becomes a regulated variable, a valve opening adjusting operation is executed so that this flow rate follows up a fluctuated object value, and a flow rate variation portion is regulated by distributing it into a rough adjustment control by an opening adjusting operation of a large valve 3 and a fine adjustment control by an opening adjusting operation of a small wave 4. As for its distributing method, in case of a repeated control flow, the distribution is executed in a state that an opening adjusting manipulated variable of a small valve in the control flow of each time is allowed to have a margin, and when its margin does not exist in the small valve 4, the distribution is executed so as to compensate a portion for generating its margin by an opening adjusting manipulated variable of the large valve 3. Accordingly, the range of the flow rate which can be controlled extends over a wide range from '0' to the sum of each maximum flow rate of the large valve and the small valve, and also, as for the control accuracy which follows up the flow rate target value in its range, the accuracy being equal to the control accuracy of the small valve is secured.

CONSTITUTION:A lattice-work 12 for mounting ceiling filters has in each lattice hollow frame construction members 121 which have a double-layer construction with both layers in vertical direction and airtightly sealed from each other. The hollow frame construction member 121 is made of aluminum, steel, etc. and has in its cross section a squarish 8-shape and the upper and lower layers of it form the hollow main section 1211, and on the center of the upper face of the main section a hollow projecting channel 1212 is provided. The filter mounting lattice-work 12 is supported by hanging bolts 26... that hang from ceiling slabs or ceiling beams. A silicone seal is placed between the outer peripheral face of the lattice-work 12 and the surrounding walls. A ceiling filter 13... is fitted into each lattice of the lattice-work 12, the periphery of each ceiling filter mounting on the upper face of the main section 1211 of the hollow frame construction member 121 which constitutes the lattice-work and the ceiling filter is airtightly supported by the upper layer section a of said main section.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a filter system suspended from the ceiling, having high filter efficiency and less dead space by permitting clean air to flow out of a filter frame as well.
      CONSTITUTION: A filter frame 6 is constructed by jointing and fixing a frame material 1 having a hollow part 1a and a frame material 3 for attaching an illuminating equipment having an opening 2 on the rear surface with a square space 5 for attaching a whole laminar flow filter 4 left therebetween. On one hand, many small holes 8 are bored on a base plate 7 of the frame material 1. Further, an attaching plate 11 having many small holes 10 bored thereon is fixed to an opening part 2 of the frame material 3 for attaching illuminating equipment to form a hollow space 3a. The hollow space 3a is communicated with an inside hollow space 1a of the frame material 1, respectively, to utilize the hollow spaces 1a, 3a as passage of clean air. At the same time, a stabilizer 12 and an illuminating equipment 13 are fixed respectively to the upper and rear surface of the attaching plate 11, and an air blower means 23 and a filter frame 6 are connected respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent an air conditioner from freezing and at the same time enhance the controllability of the air conditioner by a method wherein a preheating coil consisting of a plurality of segmented coils heats the lowest temperature of the outside air taking in the air conditioner up to the set temperature at all times by operating only the necessary number of segmented coils. CONSTITUTION:The titled air conditioner for cold district service is equipped with a preheating coil 3 in order to heat the outside air taking in the air conditioner up to the set temperature. The preheating coil 3 consists of a plurality of segmented coils 7 and 7'. At the same time, a controller 13 estimates the outside air temperature after the predetermined period of time based upon the information such as the present outside air temperature, insolation and the like and calculates the number of segmented coils necessary for raising the estimated outside air temperature up to the set temperature so as to put the calculated number of segmented coils into operation. As a result, the lowest temperature of the outside air is raised up to the set temperature at the preheating coil at all times, resulting in enabling to surely prevent the air conditioner from freezing. At the same time, because only the segmented coils, the number of which is that necessary for raising up to the set temperature, are put into operation, the controllability of the air conditioner can be enhanced.
