    • PURPOSE:To seal locally and completely with a sealing gas a welding place of a welding pipe by inserting an elastic balloon-like body into a welding pipe via a flexible hose having a gas outlet aperture and by expanding the balloon like- body with an inert gas. CONSTITUTION:An elastic balloon-like boy 3 is fit around a flexible hose 1 providing a gas outlet aperture 2 at intervals and a flexible hose 1 providing an outlet aperture 4 having less gas passing-out quantity than that of the gas output aperture 2 between the balloon-like bodies 3 is connected with a coupling 5 and a guide cap 6 is fitted to one end of the hose 1 and a projection 7 is provided on the other end of the hose. A insertion is performed so that two balloon-like bodies can hold a welding place 9 of a welding pipe 8 between and inert gas is fed forcibly to the hose 1. The balloon-like body 3 comes closely into contact with the inner wall of the welding pipe 8, but a gap 11 is cuased on the balloon- like body 3 providing the projection 7. The inert gas released from the gas outlet aperture 4 under this condition is passed out from the gap 11 in the condition that the balloon-like body 3 closes the welding pipe 8 and the welding place is replaced by the inert gas.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to recover the energy of air discharging at its exhaustion in the form of electric power energy by driving a fan by the pressure difference developed during exhaustion by a structure wherein a fan, to which a generator is coupled, is arranged in an exhaust duct or a generator is coupled through a clutch to a pressurizing blower fan equipped with a flow reversing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When exhaust damper parts 7 are released so as to communicate the indoor to the outdoor, fans 9 and 10 are driven by the difference between the indoor and outdoor pressures in order for a generator G to recover the turning efforts of the fans 9 and 10 in the form of electric power energy. Furthermore, in order to supply air by means of pressurizing blower fans 5, dampers are operated so as not to allow air to pass through bypasses 16 and 17 and at the same time the generator G is disengaged from a fan 13 and then the fan 13 is driven by a motor in order to supply air through a fresh air intake 11 and a filter 12. When the exhaustion of air is intended, the fan 13, which is connected to a duct used both for supplying and for exhaustion of air, is stopped under the condition that the indoor pressure exceeds a certain fixed value and at the same time the dampers are operated so as to allow exhaust air to pass through the bypasses 16 and 17 in order for the exhaust air to drive the fan 13, to which the generator G is coupled by means of a clutch 20. Consequently, the fan 13 is rotated by the difference between the indoor and outdoor pressures, resulting in recovering the rotational energy by means of the generator G.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the conversion of a signal and provide the static pressure sensor capable of processing in a high accuracy by a method wherein a properller is provided in a through hole provided on a room wall to detect the flow amount of air as a digital signal value. CONSTITUTION:Contaminated air in the clean room 1 is discharged through the through hole 2. The contaminated air passes through a throttle hole 5 upon passing through the through hole 2, therefore, the propeller 6 is rotated is accordance with the amount of passing air and the number of rotation is detected as an analog signal capable of being used directly as a control signal after the static pressure in the clean room is processed in digital by a magnetic sensor 7 and a control unit 8. The static pressure in the clean room is detected as the analog value for control, therefore, it may be used easily as an input signal for the control device of an air cleaning device while the static pressure signal, having a good accuracy, may be utilized since the conversion of the signal is not necessary.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent an air conditioner from freezing and at the same time enhance the controllability of the air conditioner by a method wherein a preheating coil consisting of a plurality of segmented coils heats the lowest temperature of the outside air taking in the air conditioner up to the set temperature at all times by operating only the necessary number of segmented coils. CONSTITUTION:The titled air conditioner for cold district service is equipped with a preheating coil 3 in order to heat the outside air taking in the air conditioner up to the set temperature. The preheating coil 3 consists of a plurality of segmented coils 7 and 7'. At the same time, a controller 13 estimates the outside air temperature after the predetermined period of time based upon the information such as the present outside air temperature, insolation and the like and calculates the number of segmented coils necessary for raising the estimated outside air temperature up to the set temperature so as to put the calculated number of segmented coils into operation. As a result, the lowest temperature of the outside air is raised up to the set temperature at the preheating coil at all times, resulting in enabling to surely prevent the air conditioner from freezing. At the same time, because only the segmented coils, the number of which is that necessary for raising up to the set temperature, are put into operation, the controllability of the air conditioner can be enhanced.
