CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing frame 4 with which an annular damper 3 is surrounded to improve the strength of a damper comprises a Ushaped frame material; and a pair of gantry type frame materials between which the two sides of the frame material are nipped in a sandwiched state. Holes in which the support lever of a guide mechanism and the screw lever of a working mechanism are respectively inserted are formed in the three spots of the gantry type frame material, and support plates 42b...42b are fixed on one surface or the two surfaces of the frame material in such a manner that a central hole coincides with a central hole. The annular damper 3 is covered with the so formed reinforcing frame 4 and a contacting part is welded for integral formation. Even when an air pressure is exerted on the damper 3, the reinforcing frame 4 with the damper 3 is surrounded absorbs the strain force thereof to prevent the occurrence of deformation of the damper 3 and the generation of vibration thereof.

    • PURPOSE: To keep a sufficient vibration-proof characteristic and enable an upper case and a lower case to be mounted with a small spacing being left between them by a method wherein a packing member is held between brackets arranged at an upper edge of the tower case and a tower edge of the upper case, lateral channel members are fixed to the brackets and a compression or resilient coil spring with a guide bolt passing through these members being applied as a central axis is arranged. CONSTITUTION: A bracket member 12 is arranged at the upper edge of a coil case 1 and a bracket member 13 is arranged at a lower edge of a fan case 2. A resilient packing member 14 is inserted between horizontal walls 12a, 13a of the bracket plates 12, 13. A channel member 15 is connected to the lower surface of the horizontal wall 13a of the bracket 13 and its lower wall 15b is positioned with a slight clearance below the horizontal wall 12a of the bracket 12. Then, a guide bolt 16 is passed through the horizontal wall 12a and a lower wall 15b. A spring 17 is installed at the lower surface of the lower wall 15b and fixed by a lock nut 19. As a result, vibration of a fan case 2 is not transmitted to a coil case 1 due to a presence of the packing member 14 and the spring 17.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a right/left side of a scroll damper from being deformed to the outside by providing an adjusting means capable of dividing the scroll damper into a plurality of pieces and independently deforming a free end of each scroll damper. CONSTITUTION:In each of a plate-like scroll damper 3 for varying an area of an opening of an air discharge port 12 to adjust a discharge air quantity, that is, ventilation quantity, one end thereof is fixed to the inside of a housing 1 and a nut 4 is welded and fixed in such a manner that a threaded hole thereof coincides with a hole bored at a center part of a free end side thereof. By rotating an end, protruding from the housing 1, of a screw shaft 5 which is screw-engaged with this nut 4 and of which one end is pivotally supported on a flange part of an air discharge port 12, by means of a handle or the like, a free end of the scroll damper 3 is deformed to vary an air discharge area of the air discharge port 12 so as to adjust a ventilation quantity. By increasing the number of divisions of one scroll damper, apparent strength of the scroll damper is increased in accordance with this number and deformation is completely prevented.
