    • PURPOSE:To control an air blasting quantity and a gas quantity and obtain a burning controller capable of safely burning a gas burning boiler by providing an intermediate value computing element for dividing its difference into several parts to change the output in an aimed data value stagedly when output data is changed to a next output data. CONSTITUTION:The difference of existing data and the output data output from a main controller 21 composed of a PID computing element 23, a load position determining computing element 25, an output data selecting computing element 24 and the like is divided into several parts by an intermediate value computing element 38. A lifting detector 37 judges whether the several parts- divided data are output in the direction in which they are larger than the existing data or smaller than the existing data. The output for a servo controller 40 of a gas supply valve 44 is performed at the time when data signals agree with the divided output data in the case where the divided data is larger than the existing data. In the case where the divided data are becoming smaller than the existing data, the output is performed for an air damper 45 after pulse data are agreed with them. Therefore, accidental fire of air shortage can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To form a joining part causing no corrosion by press-fitting a tube into the punched hole of a molded top plate, projecting the upper edge thereof a little from the molded top plate and heating by coating many nickel solders on the joining part of the both. CONSTITUTION:In case of joining a molded top plate 1 and tube 2 of a fluid filling device these are degreased and cleaned in advance and the tube 2 is subjected to a reducing heat treatment. Thereafter, the tube 2 is press-fitted to the degree of slightly projecting from the molded top plate 1 at its upper edge into the punched hole of the molded top plate 1 which is slightly larger than that. A nickel solder is then coated on the joining part of the tube 2 and plate 1. In such case, this coating amt. is taken in several times the volume of the gap of the joining part and yet the coating ratio of the joining face A of the upper face and the joining face B of the lower face of the plate 1 is taken about 3:7-4:6. This assembly member is brought down, the pressing plate 3 of the top plate 1 is set, heated at more than the melting temp. of a brazing filler metal in a vacuum furnace and the tube 2 is joined by the brazing filler metal to the molded top plate 1.
