摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain ice cream having fine exture, by using a dasher furnished with scraping blades and inserted in a refrigeration cylinder, wherein the number of the scraping blades is made larger at the inlet side of the cylinder that at the outlet side. CONSTITUTION:The scraping blades 42 are attached to the surface of rotor 41 inserted in the refrigeration cylinder 40. The number of the dasher blades 42 at the 1/3 of the cylinder from the inlet of the ice-cream mix is made larger than that of the blades 42 at the 2/3 of the cylinder from the outlet of the mix. Since the ice crystals attached to the inner wall of the cylinder can be scraped off while the crystals are still small, ice-cream having fine texture can be produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion by sulfur oxides in a waste heat recovering apparatus, by keeping the temperature on the surface of heat pipes on their heat absorbing side always at a level higher than the dew points of sulfur oxides by use of variable conductance heat pipes which are capable of keeping the temperature near the heat absorbing sections of the heat pipes constant irrespective of variation in the temperature of a heat receiving source. CONSTITUTION:When the load of a boiler 41 is lowered, for instance, in the night, the temperature Tg of waste combustion gas is also lowered. At a heat absorbing section 2, in particular, the temperature drop is great since heat is absorbed therefrom, and the temperature at the outlet portion of the heat receiving section 2 is lowered near to the temperature of the dew points of sulfur oxides SOx. In this state, vapor pressure in heat pipes 3 is lowered, so that the pressure of an incondensable gas G is raised relatively. Resultantly, the theoretical boundary surface BS drops near to the bottom of a feed water heating section 1 and the effective heat emitting length of the heat pipe 3 is reduced to zero, so that feed water cannot be heated any more in the section 1. Under such circumstances, however, the temperature of the heat pipes 3 themselves can be kept at 140 deg.C by the heat of waste combustion gas, so that it is enabled to avoid condensing of sulfur oxides on the surfaces of the heat pipes 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a thin carton to be conveyed without falling down, by a method wherein a device is constituted such that a reciprocating capsule is disposed in an air pipe for conveyance, and a carton is fed in and delivered out from the capsule at the inlest and the outlet of the air pipe. CONSTITUTION:A capsule 24 matching a carton size is inserted through the end part of an air pipe 8 for conveyance to use it. A carton bundle (b) at a lowermost stage, which is released from catch of a carton catching device 23, is charged in the capsule 24 with an air shutter 22 opened. With an air pressure exerted on a pad plate 25, the capsule 24 is conveyed within the air pipe 8 to the discharge side. After the carton is taken out by a discharging device on the discharge side, the capsule is returned to the feed side by means of the air. This enables the carton to be conveyed in a manner to hold its posture with the air or the capsule, resulting in the possibility to reliably convey the carton which is apt to fall down.

After the confirmation of the total weight value with a weight checker 10, it is boxed with a caser 11.
