摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coil for a fusion device for suppressing the generation of bending stress in a poroidal coil part and preventing the banding stress from damaging the poroidal coil part and the like. SOLUTION: The coil for fusion device 1 comprises a toroidal magnetic coil 3 having a plurality of toroidal coil parts 2 arranged along a torus direction, a poroidal magnetic coil 5 having a plurality of poroidal coil parts 4 extended along the torus direction and surrounding the periphery of the toroidal magnetic coil 3, and a plurality of support bodies 8 fixed on the outer surface of the toroidal coil parts 2 and supporting the poroidal coil parts 4. The support bodies 8 are provided at every other crossing of the toroidal coil parts 2 and the poroidal coil parts 4 along the torus direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw cooling pipe with excellent characteristics in its heat removing property used as a cooling pipe for a diverter plate which forms the outer wall of a container for surrounding plasma generated in a nuclear fusion reactor. SOLUTION: In the screw cooling pipe having screw thread shaped serrate fins formed on the inner surface thereof, the configuration of the screw thread is optimized. Thus, the beat removing property of the cooling pipe is improved, the pumping power of cooling fluid is reduced and the sudden rise of temperature upon turning off a burner is detected so that a pipe wall can be prevented from being melted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent bending deformation of a diverter plate by thermal load which is supposedly generated during operation of a nuclear fusion device. CONSTITUTION:In a diverter plate 1 which is arranged at a position facing to plasma in a vacuum chamber of a nuclear fusion device, a nuclear heat generating member 8 for increasing nuclear heat is attached to an opposite side of the plasma. Also, a shape of the nuclear heat generating member 8 is made to be a shape corresponding to surface load 7 received at the plasma side, so that thermal expansions of the plasma side and the opposite side may become almost even.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first wall and a divertor plate which are installed so that the wall and divertor can be faced oppositely to the plasma of a nuclear fusion device and has a high thermal shock resistance. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material is integrally constituted by laminating a unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced material and tri-directional carbon fiber-reinforced material upon another in the thickness direction so that the carbon fibers substantially oriented in the thickness direction can become continuous in the thickness direction. A first wall and a divertor plate are positions adjacently to the unidirectional carbon fiber- reinforced section so that the wall and plate can be faced to the plasma of a nuclear fusion device constituted mainly of the carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material in which a metal is joined to one surface of the unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced section substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction of the section or a metallic tube is buried in the tri-directional carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high heat flux heat receiving plate excellent in manufacturing property which is highly safe to resisting stress breakage and burnout. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipe 2 is brazed to a heat resisting heat receiving material 1 vertically through its base bottom part. The heat receiving material 1 is formed of a composite material the matrix phase of which is reinforced by a fibrous filler having high heat conductivity in fiber axial direction. The filler fiber is oriented, on both side end areas of the heat receiving material 1, in the orthogonal direction to the heat receiving surface near the heat receiving surface and in the direction of the water cooling pipe near the water cooling pipe 2. On the other hand, in the just above area of the water cooling pipe 2, the orientation in the orthogonal direction to the heat receiving surface of the fibrous filler is set low, compared with both the side end areas, and the heat conductivity is set low, compared with the side end areas. Consequently, the parallelism to the heat receiving surface of the equilibrium temperature distribution in the heat receiving member can be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a diverter for a nuclear fusion device which is equipped with a diverte plate supporting structure sustaining an electromagnetic force and absorbing thermal strain in the diverter heat-reception part. CONSTITUTION:When a diverter plate 1 and a cooling pipe 6a undergo thermal deformation in the X-direction, the generated thermal strain is absorbed by parallel movement along groove 16 of a curved leaf spring 3, that in the Y- direction absorbed by Y-directed elongations/contractions of a flat plate spring 4 and the curved leaf spring 3, and that in the Z-direction absorbed by Z-directed elongation/contraction of the leaf spring 3. Thus it is possible to absorb thermal strain generated in any direction in the diverter plate. Accordingly the established supporting structure can absorb a three-dimensional thermal deformation strain in the diverter plate 1 and the heat reception part such as cooling pipe 6a, and the impurity control is stabilized even during long-time operation of the device, and a high reliability diverter can be built which can sustain the electromagnetic force at the time of plasma disruption.

摘要： PURPOSE:To overcome the technical difficulties in the manufacture of an inverter by combining intermittent outputs from a charged particle collector for positive and negative particles to form an AC voltage, wherein the outputs are produced by intermittently operating a negative ion source. CONSTITUTION:An output from an inverter 17, which is a high frequency square wave AC voltage, is brought into a square wave AC voltage with an amplitude of about 1MV by a step-up transformer 18, and this voltage is applied to the accelerating electrodes 6, 6' without any change. A negative ion source, having a kind or rectifying characteristic, output a negative heavy hydrogen ion beam D only when a negative voltage is applied to the accelerating electrode 6 or a positive voltage is applied to the acceleration electrode 6'. The negative heavy hydrogen ion beam D , positive heavy hydrogen ion beam D , and neutral heavy hydrogen beam D are therefore all caused to be intermittent beams of about 1KHz. Output voltages produced by these beams are combined via reverse current preventing diodes 19, 20 after their phase are shifted by 180 deg. from each other, so that the resultant voltage becomes a high frequency square wave AC voltage of about 1KHz having an amplitude of about 1MV. Thus, th inverter 17, 22 can be manufactured easily.

The pedestal 4 is molded so as to be capable of being respectively fitted in a protective material 1 and the substrate 5. At first, the pedestal 4 is fitted in the substrate 5 and both of them are metallurgically bonded. At this time, for example, when both of them are bonded by soldering, soldering temp. is held at value higher than the temp. at the time of the operation of a nuclear fusion reactor. As a result, force always acts on the fitting part of the pedestal 4 and the substrate 5 in a clamping direction and, even if soldering bonding strength lowers, the bonding of both of them is secured. A mounting bolt 2 is inserted in the protective material 1 through the cut-in parts provided to the side part and surface on the side of the substrate 5 of the protective material 1 in such a state that the pedestal 4 is bonded to the substrate 5 to be mounted on the protective material 1 and threaded with the pedestal 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cooling pipe from causing softening or strength drop at the time of brazing work, by constituting this heat-resistant high heat conductive cooling pipe of an outer layer consisting of copper or copper alloy, a middle layer consisting of copper or copper alloy containing refractory particles, and an inner layer consisting of copper or copper alloy. SOLUTION: The powder of Cu-Al alloy containing a specified quantity of Al is oxidized, according to the usual method, whereby alumina dispersed reinforced copper where Al2 O3 (alumina) is dispersed within Cu matrix is manufactured, and this is made into powder. A rubber mold where a copper or copper alloy pipe is arranged at the center is prepared, and powder-form alumina dispersed reinforced copper is filled between the pipe arranged at the center and the rubber mold, and it is solidified and molded by CIP molding,and then this is enclosed with a container consisting of copper or copper alloy to make a billet, and it is molded into a pipe by hot extrusion, rolling, and drawing.
