摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high heat flux heat receiving plate excellent in manufacturing property which is highly safe to resisting stress breakage and burnout. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipe 2 is brazed to a heat resisting heat receiving material 1 vertically through its base bottom part. The heat receiving material 1 is formed of a composite material the matrix phase of which is reinforced by a fibrous filler having high heat conductivity in fiber axial direction. The filler fiber is oriented, on both side end areas of the heat receiving material 1, in the orthogonal direction to the heat receiving surface near the heat receiving surface and in the direction of the water cooling pipe near the water cooling pipe 2. On the other hand, in the just above area of the water cooling pipe 2, the orientation in the orthogonal direction to the heat receiving surface of the fibrous filler is set low, compared with both the side end areas, and the heat conductivity is set low, compared with the side end areas. Consequently, the parallelism to the heat receiving surface of the equilibrium temperature distribution in the heat receiving member can be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a diverter for a nuclear fusion device which is equipped with a diverte plate supporting structure sustaining an electromagnetic force and absorbing thermal strain in the diverter heat-reception part. CONSTITUTION:When a diverter plate 1 and a cooling pipe 6a undergo thermal deformation in the X-direction, the generated thermal strain is absorbed by parallel movement along groove 16 of a curved leaf spring 3, that in the Y- direction absorbed by Y-directed elongations/contractions of a flat plate spring 4 and the curved leaf spring 3, and that in the Z-direction absorbed by Z-directed elongation/contraction of the leaf spring 3. Thus it is possible to absorb thermal strain generated in any direction in the diverter plate. Accordingly the established supporting structure can absorb a three-dimensional thermal deformation strain in the diverter plate 1 and the heat reception part such as cooling pipe 6a, and the impurity control is stabilized even during long-time operation of the device, and a high reliability diverter can be built which can sustain the electromagnetic force at the time of plasma disruption.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cooling pipe from causing softening or strength drop at the time of brazing work, by constituting this heat-resistant high heat conductive cooling pipe of an outer layer consisting of copper or copper alloy, a middle layer consisting of copper or copper alloy containing refractory particles, and an inner layer consisting of copper or copper alloy. SOLUTION: The powder of Cu-Al alloy containing a specified quantity of Al is oxidized, according to the usual method, whereby alumina dispersed reinforced copper where Al2 O3 (alumina) is dispersed within Cu matrix is manufactured, and this is made into powder. A rubber mold where a copper or copper alloy pipe is arranged at the center is prepared, and powder-form alumina dispersed reinforced copper is filled between the pipe arranged at the center and the rubber mold, and it is solidified and molded by CIP molding,and then this is enclosed with a container consisting of copper or copper alloy to make a billet, and it is molded into a pipe by hot extrusion, rolling, and drawing.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the entire length of a cryotemperature refrigerant transfer pipe and ensure effective transfer by providing a sealed pipe as a piping for transferring a cryotemperature refrigerant to an article to be cooled, and disposing a piping for transferring a heat shielding refrigerant having higher temperature than the cryotemperature refrigerant such that it makes contact with the shielding pipe. CONSTITUTION: A shielding pipe 5 and a cryotemperature refrigerant transfer piping 13 for supplying liquid nitrogen to a cryostat 2 are disposed in a thermal contact state such that the former shielding pipe 5 is cooled with the latter cryotemperature refrigerant transfer piping. The liquid nitrogen is introduced into the cryotemperature refrigerant transfer piping 13 through a refrigerant piping 14 from a liquid nitrogen supply installation 7 to cool the shielding pipe 5 and is guided to the cryostat 2. The gas nitrogen that absorbs a thermal load with the cryostat 2 and hence is gasified is heated to ordinary temperature with a heater 15 and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the piping 16. Hereby, the length of the refrigerant piping 14 kept cold in vacuum is reduced totally, and the need of a refrigerant control system for cooling the shielding pipe 5 is eliminated, and hence effective transfer is ensured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw cooling pipe with excellent characteristics in its heat removing property used as a cooling pipe for a diverter plate which forms the outer wall of a container for surrounding plasma generated in a nuclear fusion reactor. SOLUTION: In the screw cooling pipe having screw thread shaped serrate fins formed on the inner surface thereof, the configuration of the screw thread is optimized. Thus, the beat removing property of the cooling pipe is improved, the pumping power of cooling fluid is reduced and the sudden rise of temperature upon turning off a burner is detected so that a pipe wall can be prevented from being melted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first wall and a divertor plate which are installed so that the wall and divertor can be faced oppositely to the plasma of a nuclear fusion device and has a high thermal shock resistance. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material is integrally constituted by laminating a unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced material and tri-directional carbon fiber-reinforced material upon another in the thickness direction so that the carbon fibers substantially oriented in the thickness direction can become continuous in the thickness direction. A first wall and a divertor plate are positions adjacently to the unidirectional carbon fiber- reinforced section so that the wall and plate can be faced to the plasma of a nuclear fusion device constituted mainly of the carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material in which a metal is joined to one surface of the unidirectional carbon fiber-reinforced section substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction of the section or a metallic tube is buried in the tri-directional carbon fiber-reinforced composite carbon material.
