    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically locking and unlocking a vehicle seat belt, which automatically locks and unlocks seat belts of a driver seat and of a passenger seat of a vehicle. The key technical features of the present invention relate to an apparatus comprising: a first housing (10) arranged at an upper portion of a vehicle door; a second housing (20) arranged at a side portion of the vehicle door; a belt-locking bar (40), one end of which is coupled to a hinge portion (30) formed at the center of a connection portion between the first housing (10) and the second housing (20), such that the belt-locking bar (40) rotates between the first housing (10) and the second housing (20), wherein the belt-locking bar (40) has a guide rail portion (45) formed in a lengthwise direction; a movable block (61) slidably coupled to the guide rail portion (45); a retractor (50) arranged at a side surface of a seat (1); a chest protection belt (60), one end of which is connected to the movable block (61) and the other end of which is connected to the retractor (50) such that the other end can be wound by the retractor (50); an abdomen-protecting belt (70), one end of which is connected to the belt-locking bar (40) and the other end of which is connected to the retractor (50), such that the other end can be wound by the retractor (50); and a controller (100) for controlling the rotation of the belt-locking bar (40). According to the present invention, the seat belt is automatically locked upon starting the operation of the engine of the vehicle, even when a driver or a passenger in the vehicle does not manually put on the seat belt, thereby reducing accidents caused by not wearing seat belts.

    • The present invention relates to a one-side fixing type transmission.     • The present invention relates to a pedaling-assisting transmission, and particularly, to an apparatus which senses stepping pressure being applied onto a pedal by a rider, and actively controls a motor driving force for driving a motor in accordance with the sensed stepping pressure. The apparatus comprises: a fixed shaft (100) fixed on a vehicle frame; a hub shell (200) rotatably supported at an outer surface of the fixed shaft (100) to output a follower force; an electromotive-force-driven unit (300) driven by the rotation of a motor (310); a manual-force-driven unit (400) which receives, as an input, a driving force produced by the pedaling of the rider, and which is driven by the received driving force; a selective output unit (500) arranged among the electromotive-force-driven unit (300), the manual-force-driven unit (400) and the hub shell (200) so as to selectively transmit, to the hub shell (200), an output from either the electromotive-force-driven unit (300) and the manual-force-driven unit (400), which rotates at a speed higher than that of the other; a torque sensor (600) which senses driving forces being applied from an external source to the manual-force-driven unit (400); and a control unit (not shown) which controls the rotating speed of the motor (310) in accordance with the driving forces sensed by the torque sensor (600). The apparatus of the present invention not only enables the rider to easily accelerate the vehicle, should the rider so desire, through the motor by pedaling without an additional operation, but also enables multi-stage gear-shifting to be autonomously performed in the apparatus by means of a multi-stage planetary gear, thereby achieving suitable torque and speed in accordance with travel conditions.
