摘要： PURPOSE:To apply as various kinds of pipe joints by forming a joint into a right circular cylinder and the like according to a pipe line to be formed, providing a projecting row to be engaged with a corrugate pipe end part side face in the inner face, and opening an insertion port for a falling out preventing pin to be engaged with a corrugate pipe recessed part in the outer circumferential part. CONSTITUTION:A plastic joint 2 is formed into a right circular cylinder, an elbow, a cheese, and the like according to a pipe line to be formed. A projecting row 21 to be engaged with the end part side faces 13 of corrugate pipes 1A, 1B is projectingly arranged on the inner face 23 of the joint 2. When the corrugate pipes 1A, 1B are inserted, the end part side faces 13 touch the projecting row to be positioned. Under this condition, a pin insertion port 22 is opened so that a pin 4 for preventing falling out can be inserted into a recessed part, 11A of each of the corrugate pipes 1A, 1B. In addition, a rubber ring 3 is arranged in another recessed part 11B of each of the corrugate pipes 1A, 1B.

CONSTITUTION:A high density polyethylene double wall pipe 1 in which a cylindrical outer wall formed alternately with annular crest and trough parts is fitted on a cylindrical inner wall with the trough parts being thermally welded to the latter, is fitted therein with a high density polyethylene sleeve 2 having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the double wall pipe 1, and molten high density polyethylene is filled in annular gaps defined between the trough parts 1a of the double wall pipe 1 and the sleeve 2 through a filling hole 2a formed in the sleeve 2 so as to fix the pipe 1 and sleeve 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of partial fusion strength in a connection part of a branch port formed on a fluid transferring pipe such as a corrugate pipe to a branched pipe. CONSTITUTION:A branch pipe 2 made of thermosetting resin is inserted into a circular branch port 1a of a corrugated pipe 1 made of thermosetting resin. Current carrying is performed to a nichrome wire previously wound around a connection part 2a of the branch pipe 2 to the branch port 1a for connecting the corrugate pipe 1 to the branch pipe 2. An outer diameter of the branch pipe 2 at its connection part 2a to the branch port 1a is previously set larger than the diameter of the branch port 1a by 0.5 to 5.0%. A leading end 2b of the branch pipe 2 is gradually narrowed as it goes from the connection part 2a to the tip portion. In addition, the outer diameter of the leading end is previously set smaller than the diameter of the branch port 1a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting of a branch saddle by forming a surface unevenness on the pipe axis direction inside surface of the branch saddle so that the surface unevenness on the periphery of a corrugate pipe can be fitted concave to convex, mounting an electric wire for heating along this uneven surface on the saddle bore. and thereby enabling fusion attachment of the two uneven surfaces with current feed to the electric wire. CONSTITUTION:A branch saddle 1 made of plastic has a socket 12, which is in the form of a perfect cylinder perpendicular to the pipe axis and is positioned in the upper part of the saddle 1, and an uneven surface 11 which is positioned in the lower part, formed in a semi-cylinder parallel to the pipe axis, and whose inside surface can be fitted on/in convexes and concaves of the corrugated pipe uneven surface. An electric wire 3 for heating is laid along this uneven surface 11. When the saddle 1 is to be mounted, the uneven surfaces of the corrugated pipe and saddle 1 are fitted each other, and in this condition, current is fed to the electric wire 3 to melt the plastic material surrounding, and thereby the two members are fusion attached into a single piece. Thus joining is completed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more accurate and rapid behavior analyzing and evaluating method in relation to a process for forming an organic film on the surface of a metal before the synthesis of an organic film compound and a film forming experiment.
SOLUTION: The potential energies in an atomic or molecular unit of the surface of the metal to be analyzed and the organic film on the surface of the metal are respectively calculated on the basis of a molecular dynamic method by a computer to culculate the most stable structures being the minimum energy values thereof. This calculation is performed using a monomer model as a unit in relation to the organic film and performed in relation to the surface of the metal by constructing the periodic boundary model of a crystal state. Next, the total energy value (=the potential energy value of the periodic boundary model of the surface of the metal-the potential energy value of the monomer model of the organic film) of the most stable structure model wherein the organic film and the periodic boundary model are combined is repeatedly calculated on the basis of molecular kinetics so as to be converged to a definite value to simulate the most stable structure model by the computer. When the total energy value is converged to the definite value, the organic film on the surface of the metal is determined to be stable and the bonded state of the organic film at this time of the behavior reaching the bonded state is analyzed.
