    • 本發明之篩選裝置係防止中輕比重物混入重比重物中而不致於降低重比重物之回收率。在水槽2內設置產生上升流之上升流產生管8與藉此上升流而將懸浮在水面下之中輕比重物B向上方吸引之吸引管9,藉此使沉降速度慢之中輕比重物B藉上升流在水面下懸浮而吸引排除至吸引管9,防止混入沉降於水槽2底部之重比重物A中,並使重比重物A縱使由於上昇流而進入吸引管9內,也會沉降於其外而不會被吸引管9吸向上方,故可防止中輕比重物B混入重比重物A中而不致於降低重比重物A之回收率。
    • 本发明之筛选设备系防止中轻比重物混入重比重物中而不致于降低重比重物之回收率。在水槽2内设置产生上升流之上升流产生管8与借此上升流而将悬浮在水面下之中轻比重物B向上方吸引之吸引管9,借此使沉降速度慢之中轻比重物B藉上升流在水面下悬浮而吸引排除至吸引管9,防止混入沉降于水槽2底部之重比重物A中,并使重比重物A纵使由于上升流而进入吸引管9内,也会沉降于其外而不会被吸引管9吸向上方,故可防止中轻比重物B混入重比重物A中而不致于降低重比重物A之回收率。

    • 本發明排除承口或插口之公差之影響,將利用鎖環之管接頭之接合變得容易。本發明之管接頭構造於承口2之內表面形成有鎖環槽12,於該鎖環槽12內收容有鎖環10,並於插口1之前端設置有於外徑側突出之防脫開突起11,若於上述插口1插入至上述承口2中之狀態下欲自上述承口2拔出上述插口1,則上述防脫開突起11抵接於上述鎖環10而防脫開,且上述管接頭構造之構成為:上述鎖環10包含:於周方向1個部位具有開口之對開之環部10a、及自該環部10a於外徑方向豎立之突起10b,藉由使上述突起10b直接抵接於上述鎖環槽12之底面,而進行上述承口2與上述環部10a之定心;上述鎖環槽12包含自上述承口2之管軸方向開口側朝向管軸方向內部側而逐漸擴徑之楔形內表面部12e,且上述突起10b係與該楔形內表面部12e相對向地被收容。
    • 本发明排除承口或插口之公差之影响,将利用锁环之管接头之接合变得容易。本发明之管接头构造于承口2之内表面形成有锁环槽12,于该锁环槽12内收容有锁环10,并于插口1之前端设置有于外径侧突出之防脱开突起11,若于上述插口1插入至上述承口2中之状态下欲自上述承口2拔出上述插口1,则上述防脱开突起11抵接于上述锁环10而防脱开,且上述管接头构造之构成为:上述锁环10包含:于周方向1个部位具有开口之对开之环部10a、及自该环部10a于外径方向竖立之突起10b,借由使上述突起10b直接抵接于上述锁环槽12之底面,而进行上述承口2与上述环部10a之定心;上述锁环槽12包含自上述承口2之管轴方向开口侧朝向管轴方向内部侧而逐渐扩径之楔形内表面部12e,且上述突起10b系与该楔形内表面部12e相对向地被收容。

    • To allow multi-layer welding on a base metal with harder metal to form overlaid layers of greater thickness, the welding process comprises the steps of: limiting a heat input value J, at the time of applying multi-layer welding with high hard metal onto a surface of base metal, to be in the range of 2000 to 6000 J/cm; said heat input value J being calculated by: J=60xIxE/v where: J is heat input value (J/cm); E is arc voltage (V); I is welding current (A); v is welding speed (cm/min) and limiting interpass temperature to be not higher than 300 DEG C at all times so that a large number of fine cracks are evenly and dispersedly produced on a bead of deposited metal in a direction perpendicular to the bead. As a result, substantially all of the residual welding stress existing in the entire overlaid layer is released, and there is no occurrence of large cracks resulting in the spalling of a part of the bead.
