    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a bending moment for enduring the ununiform force of hydraulic pressure and greatly simplify the formation of an engaging projection in the vicinity of the tip of an insertion port, which is an essential condition for a detaching preventing function. SOLUTION: A pipe joint is provided with an annular bending preventing ring 5 provided in an annular space S between the opening end 11 of an socket 1 and the outer peripheral surface of a spigot 2 and a pipe cutting liner 6 fitted between the tip surface 22 of the spigot and the step 12 of the socket deepest part, and an engaging ring 61 is integrally formed where one end of the pipe cutting liner 6 is extended while being fitted to the tip surface 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the spigot and then fitted in an annular groove 23 formed in the outer peripheral surface of the spigot. By the bending preventing ring 5 and the pipe cutting liner 6, bending moment countering the ununiform forces of abnormal-shaped pipes adjacent to each other is strengthened in a multiplication manner. The attaching of the pipe cutting liner 6 is much easier than the on-site attaching of a conventional spigot ring, and reliability is increased with a good anti corrosive property.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the adhering work of a corrosion protective core and to suppress the pressure loss in a flow passage. SOLUTION: A pipe insert 1 is covered with a corrosion protective core 30. The corrosion protective core 30 comprises an annular bag part consisting of inner and outer cylinders 31, 32, and the pipe insert 1 is inserted in the bag part. An internal projecting bar 35 is pressed against the inner surface of the pipe insertion 1 to seal water, and an external projecting bar 34 is pressed against the inner surface of a socket 2 to seal water. A part (dotted part) surrounded by a rubber ring 9, and the projecting bars 34, 35 becomes the corrosion protective area through the sealing. Even when the area is flooded with water and the rust is generated, no further proceeding of the rust is present if oxygen in the area is consumed. Because the core 30 is located within a recessed part of the socket 2, it is not synchronous with the insert 1 if the insert is moved, and the corrosion protective function is maintained. In addition, the core 30 need not be provided across the insert 1 and the socket 2, and the contraction length of the diameter of a flow passage due to the presence of the core 30 can be minimized, and the pressure loss in the flow passage can also be suppressed.

When large scaled movement of the ground directly hits, movement of the pipe is caused, the lock ring 4 and the spigot protrusion 21 butt on each other, any more separation is completely impeded.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a formwork embedded in a concrete layer.
      SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an exterior concrete pipe, the outer periphery of a pipe body 1 having a flange part 6 at an insertion port 3 side is covered with a cylindrical exterior frame 10, and concrete is cast in an annular space between the outer periphery of the pipe body 1 and the inner periphery of the exterior frame 10 at the socket 2 side of the flange part 6 to be integrated, and the pipe body 1 and an excavating machine 21 can be connected through the bolt 26 inserted in a through-hole 22 provided on the flange part 6. Before placing the concrete, the formwork 15 is displaced at the socket 2 side of the flange part 6 to close the through-hole 22, and after placing the concrete, the bolt shaft 25 is screwed in the formwork 15 and the tip end 25a contacts the pipe body 1 to release the formwork 15 in the outside diameter direction. Since the formwork 15 is released by the reaction force of the bolt shaft 25, the fixed formwork 15 can be easily removed. Moreover, the peripheral concrete layer 9 is not damaged.
