    • PURPOSE: To provide an automatic ticket vending device which attains the effective use of an unchanged reserved seat ticket against the change of the seat reservation and also attains the effective use of resources. CONSTITUTION: The inputted information on the seat reservation is magnetically written in a magnetic storage area that is previously provided on an inserted coupon ticket. Then the seat reservation information is printed in a print area prepared on the ticket, and a coupon ticket is issued as a reserved seat ticket. In such a constitution of the automatic ticket vending device, it is decided that the coupon ticket is equal to an updating object of the seat reservation ticket when the coupon ticket issued as a reserved seat ticket is inserted again. When the new seat reservation information is rewritten into the magnetic information on the coupon ticket to be updated, seat reservation information which is printed on the coupon ticket before its updating is invalidated. At the same time, the new seat reservation information is printed on the ticket instead of the invalidated reservation information by a print updating means (control part 8).

    • PURPOSE:To enjoy an image of specific input mode simultaneously even when an input mode of only a sound signal is reproduced by selecting an input terminal to which a video signal is connected automatically when the input terminal to which the video signal is connected is selected. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not the video output terminal of other on-vehicle equipment to an input terminal B2 is connected is detected by an external equipment connection detecting circuit 3 for the input terminal B2 and the detection result is sent to a microcomputer 4. The microcomputer 4 processes the information and information on the kind of the input terminal according to a flow chart. A video input switching circuit 5 is controlled according to the result and an input to a video processing circuit 6 is switched. The software program of the microcomputer 4 is so written that when the video output terminal is not connected to the input terminal B2, a video input switching circuit 5 is controlled to pass an input signal to an input terminal A1 if the input terminal B2 is selected. Consequently, even when the input mode of only the sound signal is reproduced, the image of the specific input mode is reproduced at the same time.

    • PURPOSE:To omit an adjusting operation at the time of replacing a printing head and enable troubles or failures in the head to be verified on a circuit by passing a minute current to the printing head to detect the resistance of the head, and varying the width of printing pulses according to the resistance detected. CONSTITUTION:A head resistance detecting circuit 2 comprises a transistor 2a and a fixed resistor 2b for passing a minute current to a head 7 at the time of detection, and an A/D converter 2c for converting a voltage drop across the head 7 to a digital quantity, and is controlled by head resistance detecting pulses 10. An output signal 11 from the converter 2c indicates detection data corresponding to the resistance of the head 7, permitting a CPU 3 to process the data. In a ROM 4, data 8a-8z on the width of printing pulses 8 corresponding to the resistance of the head 7 is stored respectively at addresses 4a-4z. Upon receiving the output signal 11, the CPU 3 reads data from a specified address in the ROM 4 so as to obtain the pulse width data according to the signal 11, and varies the printing pulses 8.

    • PURPOSE:To save a wasteful time and effectively use a transaction device by providing a transaction selection means capable of selecting whether the transaction is performed by data written in an IC card or the transaction is performed by data successively inputted from an input means such as a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:When a card data selection button 9 is pressed down, the data from the card is sued as the data required for reserving a reserved seat, so that an input operation of the user thereafter is saved. When a key input selection button 10 is pressed down, as the data required for reserving the reserved seat, the key data successively inputted from a keyboard is used. When a transmitted telegraphic message required for reserving the reserved seat is formed from the card data or the key data, it is transmitted to a host and a response from the host is waited for. When information of the reserved seat as a response telegraphic message is received from the host, a ticket piece printed in a ticket piece printing part 7 is issued and the required data is written in the IC card and the IC card in which the contents are updated is returned from a card reader/writer, thereby the thicket for the reserved seat is issued.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid the effect to be given to the CPU process time by the refresh action excepting the case both the actions occur at one time, by giving the priority to the refresh and write/read actions of the memory based on the occurring order and then giving the queuing to the other action having the request later. CONSTITUTION:FF1 is set according to the writing and reading request given from the CPU, and thus the writing and reading is permitted for the RAM. And the refresh action is permitted via FF2 which is set according to the refresh request. At the same time, FF1, FF3 are set and reset each by FF2. And the priority is given to the refresh action in case the refresh request is given first. Thus the writing and reading action having the request later is made to queue until the end of the refresh action via the queuing signal produced by the set output of FF3. As a result, the CPU is never set under the queuing state at the refresh action time excepting the case both the refresh and write/read actions occur at one time. Thus no effect is given to the CPU process time by the refresh action.
