    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a claw pole type motor capable of improving production efficiency by easily molding a stator ring on a center of a shaft direction.
      SOLUTION: Three-phase stator rings 10U, 10V, and 10W each provided with an annular return path portion and a plurality of teeth are stacked in a shaft direction. Annular coils 13U, 13W are meanderingly engaged to the teeth of the stator rings 10U, 10V, and 10W. The teeth 15v of the stator ring 10V of the center of the shaft direction is formed in a substantially Z cross section provided with a bending portion 18 protruding reversely to a circumferential direction on both ends of the shaft direction of a substantially rectangular basic cross sectional portion. The stator ring 10V is halved in the shaft direction and is configured of a first halved ring 25 and a second halved ring 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rotating position of a rotor of a brushless motor to be detected accurately by using a leakage magnetic flux.
      SOLUTION: The brushless motor includes the rotor 19 rotatably contained in the stator for generating a rotating magnetic field of the brushless motor and radially supporting a plurality of permanent magnets 25 in a rotor core 24, and a magnetic path 24b formed between adjacent permanent magnets 25. Since a width W1 of a circumferential direction is narrower than a width W2 of a radial direction, a magnetic reluctance of the magnetic path 24b increases, and a leakage magnetic flux passing a Hall element 27 disposed at a position opposed to this magnetic path 24b increases, and the rotating state of the rotor 19 can accurately be detected.
