    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device, in which a control device of an equalizing circuit is hardly influenced by heat.
      SOLUTION: The secondary battery device 1 includes: a plurality of secondary batteries 11 connected in series; a secondary battery box 30 for storing the plurality of secondary batteries 11; an equalizing circuit 40 which equalizes the voltage of each secondary battery 11; and an ECU 50 which detects the voltage of each secondary battery 11 and controls the operation of the equalizing circuit 40. A resistor 41 of the equalizing circuit 40 is disposed on the rear surface side of the secondary battery box 30, and forms a heat conducting structure with a rear panel 32 of the secondary battery box 30 constituting the rear surface, and the ECU 50 is disposed on the upper surface side that is different from the rear surface on which the resistor 41 is disposed.
