    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an influence of an assembling error between divided cores adjacent to each other on a wire, and to certainly hold the wire without applying a load, in a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A divided core portion 14 configuring a rotary electric machine stator 10 is equipped with a divided iron core 20, and an insulator 22 for insulating the divided iron core 20. On an outer peripheral side of the insulator 22, a plurality of first-fourth storage grooves 68, 70, 72, and 74 recessed to radial inside and extended in a circumferential direction of the divided core portion 14 is formed. In the inside of the first-forth storage grooves 68, 70, 72, and 74, one set of first projecting portions 76a and 76b, and a second projecting portion 78 are alternately provided on one inner wall surface and the other inner wall surface opposing to each other. The first projecting portions 76a and 76b and the second projecting portion 78 are separately disposed in circumferential directions of the first-forth storage grooves 68, 70, 72, and 74. In the first-forth storage grooves 68, 70, 72, and 74, coils 18N, 18U, 18V, and 18W are held by the first and second projecting portions 76a, 76b, and 78.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature core of a motor, which can prevent concentration of stresses on a root part-side of teeth, without comppressing the storage space of an electromagnetic coil.
      SOLUTION: The teeth 16u, 16v and 16w, engaged with the electromagnetic coil and return path parts 15u, 15v and 15w, are formed integrally. Concave curves 30, curved to inner peripheral faces of the return path parts 15u, 15v and 15w in concave shapes, are formed at the corners of boundaries of the teeth 16u, 16v and 16w and the return path parts 15u, 15v and 15w. The concentration of stresses is relieved by the concave curves 30, and the pressure of the storage space of the electromagnetic coil in the teeth 16u, 16v and 16w is eliminated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of the stator-mounting of a motor which can improve the durability of a stator, by lessening a load which acts on the stator by a difference between the linear expansion coefficients of the stator and a motor housing, as much as possible.
      SOLUTION: A plate material 30, which is higher in rigidity than that of a stator 10, is attached to the axial one end of the stator 10, having a compressed powder magnetic material as the main body. The plate material 30 is provided with a fixing piece 35, which extends radially via a bend 34 from a base ball 32 coupled with the stator 10. The fixing piece 35 is coupled with a motor housing 11. The distortion by heating of the motor housing 11 is absorbed with the bend 34 of the plate material 30.
