    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a stator having uniform density can be manufactured by power molding of the stator having teeth of a complicated shape by unifying the compression ratio of each part of the stator.
      SOLUTION: The teeth are formed into a rectangular block state by integrating a slant block portion 22 obtained by notching an angular part containing one rectangular parallelepiped ridge line with an inclined surface 14 parallel to the ridge line and a rectangular parallelepiped portion stretching to the side face opposite to the slant face of the slant block portion. The slant block portions 22 are arranged and power molded in advance so that the length direction of the ridge line is parallel to the compression direction of the power, and when the rectangular parallelepiped portion is power molded by holding the slant block portion 22 with the die 31, the cavity 36 for the rectangular parallelepiped portion is formed on the slant block portion, with the inclined surface 14 abutting on the upper surface of a lower punch 33A. Then, the power filled in the cavity 36 is compressed to connect the rectangular parallelepiped portion to the slant block portion 22 to form teeth.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator in which characteristics of power molding are effectively utilized by insertion molding of teeth without damaging them, and its manufacturing method.
      SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the stator, a plurality of teeth 6 projecting in the radial direction of a stator ring are secured to the inner or outer circumferential portion of the stator ring, in the circumferential direction at intervals, formed by the power molding, and the teeth 6 are obtained by insert molding, in the stator ring, of the insert portion 12 integrally projecting to the outside of the teeth. When the teeth 6 manufactured in advance are held within a powder molding die 21, the lower face of the insert portion 12 is supported with a lower side support punch 29 to form a stator ring forming cavity 41 surrounded by the die 23 outside of the insert portion 12. After filling composite soft magnetic powder into the cavity 41, the composite soft magnetic power within the cavity 41 is compression molded, while allowing the upper side punch 25 to abut on the upper face of the insert portion 12.
