摘要： An aluminum alloy support material for a lithographic printing plate which consists essentially, on a weight basis, of 0.5-2.0 % Mn, 0.05-1.0 % Si, 0.15-1.0 % Fe, 0-0.10 % Ti, and a balance of Al and inevitable impurities. The support material has a specific resistance satisfying the following inequality:Specific resistance (.mu..OMEGA.mm).ltoreq.14+16[% Ti] as measured in liquid nitrogen at 77 K, and a particular size distribution of precipitates therein. The support is produced from an ingot of an aluminum alloy having the above composition by homogenizing, hot rolling, cold rolling, intermediate annealing, and finish cold rolling under specific conditions followed by electrochemical graining. The support has fine, uniform pits formed by electrochemical graining and improved strength and printability.

In the clad aluminum alloy materials, the core material may further include 0.35% or less of Ti and the sacrificial anode material may further include 3.0% or less of Zn or at least one member selected from the group consisting of 0.2% or less of In, 0.2% or less of Sn and 0.2% or less of Ga.

摘要： Disclosed is an aluminum alloy clad material and a heat exchanger using the clad material, the clad material being composed of: (a) a core material made of an aluminum alloy consisting essentially of, in weight percentage, 0.3 to 1.5% manganese, 0.05 to 0.35% copper, 0.05 to 0.50% magnesium, 0.06 to 0.35% titanium, less than 0.1% silicon and up to 0.3% iron, the copper content being related to the magnesium content in accordance with the following equation: Cu(%)-0.2.ltoreq.Mg(%).ltoreq.Cu(%)+0.2, the balance being aluminum and incidental impurities; and (b) a cladding material made of an Si-containing aluminum alloy brazing filler material clad onto at one or both sides of the core material. The aluminum alloy clad material is superior in press formability, corrosion resistance and brazability. Particularly, when the percentage of fine Mn compounds of 0.1 .mu.m or less and the Ti content variation in the core material are controlled, further improved properties can be obtained.

摘要： Disclosed herein are aluminum alloy fin materials useful for heat exchangers which consists of, in weight percentage, 0.8 to 1.8% Fe, 0.3 to 3.0% Zn, up to 0.3% Cu and at least one element selected from the group consisting of 0.05 to 0.25% Zr and 0.05 to 0.25% Cr, with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein Mn in the unavoidable impurities is 0.3% or less. The fin material being characterized, after brazing, by its superior thermal conductivity and beneficial sacrificial anode effect. The fin material is also suitable as a core of a brazing fin material in combination with an Al-Si alloy brazing material in which the Al-Si alloy brazing material is clad as an outer cladding layer onto both sides of the core. The above unclad or clad fin materials can provide heat exchangers having high corrosion resistance and good heat transfer characteristics in combination with a fluid passage material made of brazing sheet or an extruded tube of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy with not more than 0.5% Cu and/or not more than 0.5% Mn.

摘要： A sensor device includes a sensor chip having a movable portion on one surface, a circuit chip laminated with the sensor chip to be opposite to the movable portion of the sensor chip, and a bump located between the sensor chip and the circuit chip. In the sensor device, the sensor chip and the circuit chip are electrically connected through the bump, and the movable portion of the sensor chip is separated from the circuit chip by a space using the bump. Accordingly, it can effectively restrict parasitic capacity of an electric connecting portion between both the chips from being changed by an impact. For example, the sensor device can be used as an angular velocity sensor device having a vibrator as the movable portion.

摘要： A frequency multiplying device which multiplies the frequency of an externally-supplied reference signal PREF includes a digitally-controlled oscillation circuit, which includes a ring oscillator formed of thirty-two inverting circuits in a ring configuration which are adapted to generate sixteen clock signals having a period that is thirty-two times the inversion time of each inverting circuit and a phase interval that is twice the inverting circuit inversion time, and produces an output signal POUT having a period that corresponds to frequency control data CD at a resolution of the phase difference time of the clock signals, a counter/data-latch circuit which counts the clock signal RCK released by the ring oscillator within one period of the reference signal PREF and delivers the frequency control data CD of the count value to the digital oscillation circuit, and a control circuit which controls the operation of the circuits so that the oscillation output signal POUT having the frequency of the reference signal PREF multiplied by sixteen (32/2) is generated by the digital oscillation circuit.

As a result, the ring oscillator may be continuously operated and an oscillation cycle proportional to the control data may be set.
