    • A brake pressure control valve including a housing, a control bushing secured therein, a control slide and a travel simulator movable relative to the control bushing and having a spring. The travel simulator has a pressure piece which is rounded on its side toward the control slide. Toward the pressure piece, the control slide is also rounded. Between the control slide and the pressure piece there is a force transmitting member having two plane parallel end faces. A centering means surrounding the force transmitting member and embodied like a rubber-elastic bushing centers the force transmitting member relative to the longitudinal axis of the control slide and orients the end faces transversely to said longitudinal axis. The control slide, the force transmitting member and the pressure piece form roller pairs, which during the actuation of the brake pressure control valve enable relative movements between the pressure piece and the control slide without generating notable radial force components.

    • A brake force amplifier for a multiple-circuit brake system. The brake force amplifier has a multiple-circuit brake valve, parallel to which a switching valve is provided. This switching valve is actuated by a main cylinder pressure in exactly the same manner as the brake valve. When there is no pressure available in a presurizing apparatus supplying the brake force amplifier with pressure medium, the switching valve keeps the brake valve ineffective. When a brake force amplifier of this kind is used in an anti-skid apparatus, an apparatus is created which has lower cost, lower weight and a smaller structural volume than known designs and the function of which is improved in terms of noise and retroactive effect on the pedal. The brake force amplifier is intended for a multiple-circuit brake system for motor vehicles.

    • An apparatus for propulsion control in a motor vehicle with an anti-locking system is proposed, in which the supply and outflow of pressure medium is controllable via electromagnetically actuatable valves and which is characterized in that means are provided with which the return flow line can be exposed to pressure. It is the purpose of the apparatus to expand an anti-locking system to include a drive slippage regulating function, and this expansion is problem-free and cost-favorable. The proposed apparatus furthermore assures that a brake pedal actuation has priority. It is also proposed in the case of excessive slippage of both driven wheels to reduce the engine output. This is attained with a controllable drag member disposed between the driving pedal (or linkage) and the throttle valve, the control of the drag member being effected by means of the auxiliary pressure in the return flow line and via an electromagnetically controllable three-port, two-position valve for a hydraulic AND member.

    • A system for supplying fluid under pressure for a motor vehicle brake system having a pressure supply system including which has a pump, a pressure reservoir, a reservoir pressure switch connected to the pressure reservoir for switching the pump on and off, and a check valve disposed following the pump, and a brake control valve connected to the pump and the pressure reservoir for directing fluid braking pressures into at least one brake circuit which has at least one wheel brake. Between the pressure reservoir and the brake control valve, there is a second check valve through which the pressure reservoir supplies the brake control valve with a pressure medium when the pump is not operating. If the pressure in the pressure reservoir has dropped, because of a withdrawal of pressure medium from it, to such a level that the pressure switch switches the pump on, then the pressure reservoir is not filled by the pump until a pressure is available to the brake control valve which is sufficient for forceful braking, for instance full braking when the brake linings are heated. To this end, a pressure reservoir filling valve is disposed between the pump and the pressure reservoir and is normally closed; this valve is not switched into its open position, via a pressure control inlet, until the above-mentioned predetermined pressure is attained before the brake valve.

In this manner, a small, compact master brake cylinder construction which is very favorable in price is created. It is furthermore of advantage that the pedal characteristic is designed optimally in terms of human engineering. The main cylinder can also be used at little expense for an anti-wheel-lock apparatus as well.

The brake valve includes a first, normally open valve having a ball and a second valve, which is normally closed by a closing spring and which likewise has a ball. A compensation piston acted upon by this pressure is also provided, which presses against the ball in the opening direction of the second valve. Because of the compensation piston, the second valve is easily opened, so that brake pressure can be sensitively controlled.
