CONSTITUTION:In selecting resistors R1, R2, R3 of the Twin-T trap circuit 3 and variable capacitors C1, C2, C3 as R1=R2=2R3identicalR and C1=C2=C3/2identicalC, the trap frequency fT is expressed in Equation I. The cut-off frequency fc is expressed in Equation II in the positive feedback 2nd order LPF circuit 4. Thus, a signal outputted to an output pin 7 is the sum of response characteristics illustrated in Curves 8, 9 and a steep frequency characteristic is realized as shown in Curve 10. In changing a variable power supply V2 provided externally to the IC, since the n-channel potential of the variable capacitors C1-C6 is changed altogether via amplifiers K1, K2, a voltage VR across the variable capacitors C1-C6 is changed at the same time in the same rate.

CONSTITUTION:A picture contour detecting circuit 9 is inputted with a video signal 13 of the picture contour of the electronic view finder 7 and outputs the picture contour signal 14. The presence or absence of the signals 12, 14 is discriminated by a picture contour signal discriminating circuit 10 and the result thereof is inputted as a control signal 15 to a control circuit 3. A lens driving circuit 2 is controlled in the control circuit 3 only when a switch 16 is on the side a. The picture contour of the electronic view finder when the switch 16 is on the side a can be set by previously determining the set value of the discrimination threshold value of the picture contour signal control circuit 10. The driving circuit 2 is put to the initial setting by putting the switch 16 to the side b at the time of recording. The picture contour of the video signal recorded on the magnetic recording medium and the picture contour view finder 7 are then matched or set at a certain ratio.

    • PURPOSE:To require no adjustment of the recording current of a luminance signal and chrominance signal, to reduce adjusting process and to lower a cost by changing over the first and the second gain changeover means so as to increase and decrease the gain in reverse directions each other in accordance with an external mode changeover signal. CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal (b) separated from a video signal (a) is FM modulated in an FM modulating circuit 3, inputted to a variable gain amplifying circuit 16, and amplified by the gain according to an input control signal 17 in the circuit 16. An FM luminance signal is mixed with a low fre quency converting chrominance signal of an output of a chroma AGC circuit 23 in a mixing circuit 5, and supplied to magnetic heads 9, 10. In resistance 13, a recording current passing through the magnetic head 9 is detected, ampli fied by a fixed gain determined according to a mode change over signal 15 in the second gain change over circuit 19 and supplied to a synchronous period level detecting circuit 20. The output of the detecting circuit 20 is negatively fed back to the variable gain amplifying circuit 16 as a control signal 17 and an FM luminance signal level is controlled so as to be held at a certain level corresponding to a reference voltage source 22.

    • PURPOSE:To absorb the variance of integrated circuit capacitors and integrated circuit resistors and to ensure the performance by short-circuiting a collector layer and an emitter layer of n-channel semiconductor in the structure of integrated circuit capacitors C1, C2 and adopting the structure that a P-N junction capacitor is constituted between the short-circuit point and the base layer made of a P-channel semiconductor. CONSTITUTION:A variable capacitor is used as the integrated circuit capacitor and the structure of the variable capacitor is made difference so as not to produce a parasitic capacitor by the variable capacitor at the connecting point between two resistors and the variable capacitor in constituting a positive feedback secondary order LPF. For example, in a circuit of the positive feedback secondary LPF, the secondary LPF characteristic is realized by using resistors R1, R2, variable capacitors C1, C2 transistors Q2, Q5 and Q4, a constant current sources I1 and resistors R3, R4. A voltage VR impressed to the variable capacitors C1, C2 is changed from the outside of the IC by a voltage source V1 impressed to an IC pin 6, and the frequency is matched to a desired cut-off frequency by adjusting minutely the capacitors.

    • PURPOSE:To correct accurately variance in the characteristic of the titled filter by trimming a module so as to correct the variance of the frequency characteristic of an integrated circuit filter and setting a trimming adjusting point between the cut-off frequency and the trap frequency. CONSTITUTION:In adjusting the trimming at the cut-off frequency fc of the LPF, when the LPF has a variance in the range between doted lines 7 and 8, the change in the response is a range shown in (a). In selecting the trimming adjusting point of a frequency ft between the cut-off frequency and the trap frequency, the change in the response is in the range shown in (b) and the response with a wide change is obtained. The change width of the response due to the variance in the filter characteristic is made wider by setting the trimming adjusting point to the vicinity of the trap frequency, but since the signal level is small, the measured error is apt to be produced and accurate adjustment becomes difficult. Thus, it is desirable to set the adjustment point of trimming nearly between the cut-off frequency and the trap frequency.
