摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a refrigerating cycle having high performance and high efficiency, by providing an inexpensive and highly productive sealing structure in the engagement part of a frame with a sealed container in order to prevent the heat transmitting performance of a heat exchanger in the refrigerating cycle from being lowered by lubricating oil discharged to the outside of a machine. SOLUTION: The feature of this scroll fluid machinery is that clearance fit is applied to the engagement of a frame with a sealed container, and a clearance produced between the frame and the sealed container is sealed by a packing member equipped with a passage to smoothly lead working fluid and lubricant to an oil separator.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable high speed rotation by giving initial loads to dampers supporting a housing in which a ball or roller bearing is housed for supporting a high speed rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A high speed rotary shaft 1 is supported with a bearing housing 2 and a supporting block 3. A ball or roller bearing is housed in the bearing housing 2. Three dampers 4's are installed in the bearing housing 2 at 120 deg. intervals. Initial loads are applied to the dampers 4's by means of initial load screws 5's. With such a constitution, vibration in the neighborhood of the critical speed when the high speed rotary shaft is used beyond the critical speed can be reduced due to the effect of the dampers 4's. Accordingly, high speed rotation can be made possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the precise positioning of a frame main bearing part and a stator annular passage and the precise positioning of a main bearing and a sub-bearing by using a reference bar and a plurality of collet chucks arranged so as to be concentric to it. SOLUTION: A reference guide bar 26 is inserted so as to extend through a frame main bearing part 22 and a stator annular passage 21 within the casing 2 of a compressor, and a frame 8 is pressed by the reference guide bar 26 and fixed. A plurality of collet chucks 25a and 25b arranged so as to be mutually concentric by the reference guide bar 26 are used to position the frame main bearing part 22 and the stator annular passage 21 so as to be mutually concentric, and the frame 8 is fixed in this state by welding or the like. Thereafter, the reference guide bar 26 is pulled out, and the rotor of a motor part is fitted and fixed by shrinkage fit.

The impurities separated from the liquid on the heating plates 2e of the upper stages are carried to the holes 2g provided on the heating plates 2e by the scrapers 2d and are dropped from the holes down to the heating plates 2e of the lower stages. Plural stages of such heating plates 2e are spirally formed so that the impurities are successively dropped downward until the impurities are finally recovered in the basket 2h.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a filter to be supplied accurately in order to fill conductive paste in a hole formed through a circuit base by a method wherein the upper most filter of the stacked ones is lifted by suction and a jet of gas is directed against the side edge of the lifted filter from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing device is provided with a work carrying means (a), a filter supply means (b), a work induction means (c) and a printing means (c). After placing a filterbeta on a suction plate 15a, a green sheet alpha (circuit base before baking) is placed on the filterbeta, the green sheet alpha is fixed in place by suction via the filterbeta and, in as-fixed condition, paste is accurately filled in the hole formed through the circuit base. The film supply means (b) lifts the uppermost filterbeta of the stacked ones in a storing place 17b by holding with a suction cup 13b and directs a jet of gas against the side edge of the lifted filter beta from a nozzle 15b to blast it off from the suction cup onto a receiver.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate influence of external force to prevent failure such as peeling of solder from occurring by providing a straight part on a terminal part and a plurality of recessed engaging parts on a substrate respectively, engaging both to fix them and soldering on faces. CONSTITUTION:A terminal unit 3 made of metal is equipped with a long straight part 3a coupled to an internal conductor contact, and a plurality of recessed engaging parts 4a are provided on a wiring substrate 4 for facing so that the straight part 3a is to be engaged with. Then both are engaged and fixed with each other and soldered on faces. In this constitution, even if external force is applied, the force can be absorbed by the engaging parts between the terminal straight part 3a and a plurality of recessed engaging parts 4a of the substrate 4 so that influence of the external force to the terminal part which has been soldered on faces is eliminated. As a result, failure leading to faulty conductivity such as loose soldering on the terminal part and peeling of the solder can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:The button 2 of the main body 1 comprising a terminal portion 1a soldered to a printed base 3 is provided with a cap 4 made of synthetic resin and having a protruding portion 4a, and since the protruding portion 4a is engaged with the stopping portion 5a of the cap 4, the cap 4 is stopped by the stopping portion 5a via the protruding portion 4a. With this simple constitution, the switch button is not directly pushed and so pushing of the button with excessive loads is prevented and deterioration of soldering strength is prevented.
