    • PURPOSE:To absorb an installation error in the perpendicular direction to the driving shaft direction, and stabilize oil feed to a bearing by setting a height of a pedestal in which a spherical slide bearing is inserted higher than a bearing part, and setting an inside diameter of the pedestal larger than an inside diameter of a connecting part. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 7 is rotated by an electric motor 3, a turning scroll 5 is turned by rotation of a crank pin 7a and an action of an autorotation preventive mechanism 9 without making autorotation. As a result, capacity of space defined by respective laps 5b and 6b of the turning scroll 5 and a fixed scroll 6 and respective base plates 5a and 6a is reduced, and gas is sucked from a suction hole 6c, and is delivered from a delivery hole 6d after it is compressed. In this case, oil is introduced to an oil feeding hole 7c of the driving shaft 7 from an oil separator through an oil feeding pipe 15 and an oil feeding pipe joint 13 having spherical slide bearings 10 and 12 on both ends. A pedestal 16 is connected to the spherical slide bearing 12, and a height and an inside diameter of the pedestal 16 are set heigher and larger than the spherical slide bearing 12.

    • PURPOSE:To attain compactness and light weight and reduce the load of a main bearing, inertial force, vibration and oil agitating action caused by a balance weight by improving the shape and position relation of the Oldham's coupling and balance weight of a scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shape Oldham's coupling 5 is provided between a turning scroll 2 and the key groove base seat 4b of a frame 4 supporting a fixed scroll 1. A rotary shaft 3 provided with a crank pin 3a fitted to the boss 2c of the turning scroll 2 is supported on the frame 4 by a main bearing 4a. A balance weight 6, fitted to the rotary shaft 3 between the boss 2c and the main bearing 4a, is provided with an axially protruding weight part 6a protruded to the ring inner side of the Oldham's coupling 5, and a radially protruding weight part 6b positioned below the key groove base seat 5b. The ring of the Oldham's coupling is formed into elliptical shape in such a way as to keep constant small clearance to the outer peripheral turning locus of the weight part 6a.

      SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machine comprises the compression chamber 14 formed by rotating a rotary scroll 3 relative to a fixed scroll 2 and the back pressure chamber 12 formed in the rotary scroll on the opposite side of a lap 3a. The scroll fluid machine further comprises a communication passage 22 formed in the end plate of the rotary scroll 3 and allowing a compression chamber side opening 22c opening to the compression chamber 14 side to communicate with a back pressure chamber side opening 22b opening to the back pressure chamber 12. When the rotary scroll 3 is rotated, the compression chamber side opening 22c is opened and closed by the end plate of the fixed scroll, and the communication passage 22 is connected and disconnected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively generate a back pressure required to execute appropriate compressive action by constituting a rotary scroll member to close a compression chamber side opening part of a communicating hole with a fixed scroll lap when the compression chamber side opening part crosses the fixed scroll lap during rotary motion. SOLUTION: An end plate of a rotary scroll 24 is provided with a communicating hole 20 comprising a back pressure chamber side opening part 20b communicating with a back pressure chamber, a compression chamber side opening part 20c communicating with a compression chamber 25, and a communicating part 20a for communicating both opening parts 20a, 20b. The compression chamber side opening part 20c is completely closed with the lap of a fixed scroll 23 when the rotary scroll 24 is in an illustrated rotary position. During compressive operation, when the back pressure chamber side opening part 20b communicates with a space 22b to start communication between the back pressure chamber and compression chamber 25, the compression chamber side opening part 20c is opened to the compression chamber 25, and the back pressure chamber side opening part 20b is closed with a sliding face 21 to complete communication between the back pressure chamber and compression chamber 25 to generate required back pressure.
