    • PURPOSE: To make uniform and sufficiently clean the sliding faces of a rotary scroll and a stationary scroll by providing a rotating mechanism for the receiving base of an object to be cleaned and a moving mechanism for moving an ejecting nozzle in a fixed direction in synchronism with this rotating mechanism. CONSTITUTION: The object 2 to be cleaned is set on the receiving base 3 of the object to be cleaned in a cleaning chamber 1, and a door 12 for the cleaning chamber is closed. Next, the receiving base 3 is moved upward to a fixed position by the operation of a cylinder 8 for upwardly and downwardly moving the receiving base, and simultaneously, a valve 13 for sucking a cleaning liq. is opened to eject the cleaning liq. from a nozzle 5 toward the object 2 to be cleaned via a piping 11 and a nozzle shaft 4. Next, the receiving base 3 is rotated with an operating motor 7, the nozzle 5 is moved in the X-axis direction from the center of the object 2 to be cleaned toward the outer periphery by the operation of the cylinder 8 in synchronism with this rotation and the ejected liq. is directly ejected over the entire sliding faces of the rotary scroll and the stationary scroll, which are objects 2 to be cleaned, to uniformly clean these sliding faces.

    • PURPOSE:To make a cleaning chamber in common use as a drying chamber small in size and compact and to lessen the space for the titled device by forming the device into double-nozzle construction in which a hole for cleaning to inject liquid and a hole to inject a gas for drying are combined and united to one body. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure liquid passage hole 17 is obliquely bored to a nozzle base 16 mounted with a nozzle cap and a high-pressure liquid piping 10 is communicated with the hole 17. A gas passage hole 18 is bored to the nozzle base 16 and a gas piping 15 for drying gas is communicated with the hole 18. The high-pressure liquid is first injected under a high pressure from a nozzle cap 21 for the high-pressure liquid of an integral composite nozzle 6 to a material to be cleaned to clean said material, then a selector valve is operated to blow the drying gas from a drying gas source from a nozzle cap 23 of the nozzle 6. The cleaning and drying are thus executed with one nozzle within the same chamber.

    • PURPOSE:To make a welding lockup performable at low cost by welding a fixed scroll and a frame together for fixation by means of irradiation of local energy when they are fixed after positioning both fixed and turning scrolls. CONSTITUTION:A fixed scroll 19 is fitted in a female recess of a frame 18 and, after a turning scroll 15 and this fixed scroll 19 are precisely positioned in use of a small clearance 31 between both 18 and 19, pressurizing this fixed scroll from the upside so as to cause it to be moved to the frame 18. Then, local high heating energy such as an electron beam or laser beam or the like is irradiated crosswise from an outer circumferential part of the frame 18, whereby an end plate of the fixed scroll and a member of the frame 18 are locally melted and welded (30) together in a local manner. At this time, there is provided with a recess 32 to make this beam irradiation easy, and in order to check thermal distortion to the utmost, the local high heating enery such as the electron beam or the like is used in addition.

      CONSTITUTION: Blades 7 are formed to a three-dimensional shape having a thickness by twist-forming the blade tip and the projections 7a prepared on the both ends of the blades 7 are inserted into the fitting holes 7b of a core disk 5 and a side disk 6 respectively and are fixed together by bending. Furthermore, the side disk 6 and the blades 7 are fixed tightly by draw-forming, while being pressed, along the curve of the portion A of the blade 7 to the arrow direction. Thus, the performance characteristics of a fan can be maintained and noise can be reduced by removing the clearances between each end of two blade plates, forming the hollow blade, and the side disk 6 for keeping tight fixing.

The impurities separated from the liquid on the heating plates 2e of the upper stages are carried to the holes 2g provided on the heating plates 2e by the scrapers 2d and are dropped from the holes down to the heating plates 2e of the lower stages. Plural stages of such heating plates 2e are spirally formed so that the impurities are successively dropped downward until the impurities are finally recovered in the basket 2h.
