摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a filter to be supplied accurately in order to fill conductive paste in a hole formed through a circuit base by a method wherein the upper most filter of the stacked ones is lifted by suction and a jet of gas is directed against the side edge of the lifted filter from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing device is provided with a work carrying means (a), a filter supply means (b), a work induction means (c) and a printing means (c). After placing a filterbeta on a suction plate 15a, a green sheet alpha (circuit base before baking) is placed on the filterbeta, the green sheet alpha is fixed in place by suction via the filterbeta and, in as-fixed condition, paste is accurately filled in the hole formed through the circuit base. The film supply means (b) lifts the uppermost filterbeta of the stacked ones in a storing place 17b by holding with a suction cup 13b and directs a jet of gas against the side edge of the lifted filter beta from a nozzle 15b to blast it off from the suction cup onto a receiver.

摘要： PURPOSE:To hold down the sagging of green sheet to the minimum by a method wherein a sheet frame, to which a green sheet is bonded, is held under horizontal state for the predetermined period of time and, after that, is rotated to vertical state, under which the bonded part is held until being dried. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive 12 is applied to a sheet frame 11, a green sheet 13 is positioned and pasted to the bonding part, to which the adhesive 12 is applied, of the sheet frame 11. Next, the sheet frame 11 is held for the predetermined period of time under the state being laid horizontally so as to semi-dry the bonded part. After that, the sheet frame is rotated by 90 deg. so as to be brought into vertical state and subjected to magazine housing treatment in order to be housed in a vertically grooved housing box 14 for fully drying the bonded part under the above-mentioned state. Thus, the amount of sagging of the green sheet can be made smaller and the yield in the post-process of the manufacturing process of ceramic board can be improved.
