    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the imperfect closing of a valve so as to prevent the wrong operation thereafter by connecting a downstream side space of a closed circuit operating spool valve, which has a check valve, and an oil tank to each other through a throttle, and measuring the operating condition of a fluid pump. SOLUTION: In a fluid pressure driving device 1, drive and reset of an open circuit operating valve 60 and a closed circuit operating valve 30 are performed by the fluid- pressure difference between first pilot chambers 61, 31 and second pilot chambers 63, 33. Consequently, an operating unit having a large driving force and a large resetting force and high reliability can be obtained. In the closed circuit condition of a circuit-breaker, since an upstream side of a valve seal part of a main valve 20, the operating valves 30, 60, pilot valves 40, 70 of an open circuit and a closed circuit and a check valve 90 are set at a high pressure and a downstream side thereof are set at a low pressure, in the case where the closing condition is imperfect at the time of circuit closing operation, internal liquid leakage is generated, and the operating time of a fluid pressure pump is prolonged or the number of operation time is increased. Consequently, imperfect closing can be detected by monitoring the operation time and the number of operation time.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title apparatus to enable the use thereof even in a small area, by a method wherein object to be diagnosed is irradiated with radioactive rays and the transmitted radioactive rays are converted into visible light by a fluorescent plate to pick up the image of said visible light by an image pick-up apparatus while said apparatus is moved to the longitudinal direction of the matter to perform scanning. CONSTITUTION:X-rays are allowed to irradiate the matters 3, 4 to be diagnosed in a hermetically closed container 2 from an X-ray generation apparatus 1 and transmitted X-rays are converted into visible light by a fluorescent plate 5 to be received by image sensors 6 arranged in a line. The signals from said sensors 6 are inputted to an operation apparatus 8 through an amplifier 7 and subsequently subjected to image processing by an image processor 10 to be displayed on a display device 13. At this time, the image pick-up apparatus 18, wherein the fluorescent plate 5 and the sensor 6 are integrated, is driven to the longitudinal direction of the objects 3, 4 to be diagnosed by a driver 9 through a control system 11 in synchronous relation to the time required in image processing by the image processor 10 to perform scanning. Because transmitted X-rays are converted into visible light by the fluorescent plate to perform image processing and the image pick-up apparatus is allowed to scan to the longitudinal direction, the apparatus can be miniaturized by shortening the depth thereof and is made usable even in a small area to make it possible to enlarge an image pick-up range.
