摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the diameter of a rotary plug and the size of a reactor vessel by providing 1st-3rd vertical driving mechanisms for vertically driving an operating head to the titled device. CONSTITUTION:A screw shaft 53 is rotated via respective gears and a 1st lifting frame 54 is vertically driven when a 1st motor 42 is driven. A screw shaft 75 is rotated via respective gears and a stand 71 lowers when a 3rd motor 76 is driven. Furthermore, an operating shaft 69 descends by accompanying the elongating action of bellows 70 until the bottom end of the operating head 92 comes into contact with the projecting part of a gripper 87 and the gripper 87 is closed. The handling head of a control rod is thereby hooked and captured to the hook of the gripper 87. The 2nd motor 61 is then driven, by which a screw shaft 64 is rotated via respective gears and the 2nd lifting frame 65 is vertically moved. Namely, the frame 65 is vertically moved while the handling head of the control rod is held gripped by the gripper 87, then the control rod can be vertically moved by as much as the moving quantity thereof.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidic drive apparatus for circuit breakers capable of surely preventing a close operation by a wrong operation in an open-circuit condition of the circuit breaker set without affecting a normal close operation. SOLUTION: A lock valve 41 is provided that operates on condition that an upstream pressure 20 when a pilot valve 14 for opening the valve in response to a circuit closing instruction is closed, is higher than the pressure of a fluid remaining in a pilot valve 12 of a main control valve. By this configuration, a pressure increase in a channel 44 connected to a return port 30 of a control valve 13 for closing a circuit of a circuit breaker is suppressed to make a circuit close operation of the main control 8 valve ineffective. Therefore, a fear of closing the circuit breaker in an open-circuit condition except by normal close instruction is eliminated to surely prevent an erroneous circuit close operation.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make working fluid flow rapidly in an operation and keep the space between a valve element and a valve seat small after the operation by placing a valve element composed by forming separately an opening valve and a closing valve of a main control valve of a fluid pressure cylinder for switching a contact piece in a manner to allow them to be displaced mutually in the valve axis direction and by forming the opening valve, so as to once open the valve element and then move in the direction to close it after a predetermined operation. SOLUTION: When a pilot valve switches a second pilot chamber 9b into a low pressure state by the aid of an opening driving means, an opening valve element 18a is opened fully, remaining pressed against a first stopper 22 by the working fluid from a fluid pressure cylinder. A closing valve element 19a that moves along a center axis 20 independently of the opening valve element 18a and has a protrusion 21 to fit into its through-hole is seated on a valve seat 19b. Thereafter, the opening passage valve element 18a is pressed by a spring 28 to return and is brought into an open state at the point to run against a second stopper 23 which eaves a small opening between itself and a valve seat 18b. Since the distance between the opening valve element 18a and the valve seat 18b is small, an opening valve 18 closes rapidly in closing the passage and the valve seat 18b is damaged little.

In the closing state, a valve body 27 is thus seated after sufficiently reducing speed on a valve seat 28 for closing the valve, the stroke is made long, and the durability of oil seal is ensured without damaging fit to the valve seat sealing surface, even if speed of a main control valve spool 14 is increased.
