Even it is a difficultly processable material like a stainless steel, it can be formed at a high speed and the generation of galling on the forming face can be also prevented.

The control substrate 9 is fixed to the supporting member 19; and the supporting member 19 is supported with a frame 16 of the body of equipment, having the supporting position on the fan side of the control substrate 9.
