    • PURPOSE:To provide a deburring system for deburring each work without removing a plurality of works attached onto a machining jig and carrying out manual arrangement at the time of machining. CONSTITUTION:A carrying in means 17 for directly carrying in a work 2 to a deburring machine 1 with the work fixed to a machining jig 3 after machining process is provided, and a drawing is drawn up on a display in the same way as the number, position and direction of the work 2 arranged on the machining jig 3 at the time of machining by a tool route data drawing up means 21 having a drawing processing computer and a display or the like. The moving route of the tool along the outer periphery ridgeline of the work 2 is designated on the drawing, and deburring conditions such as speed or the like are input to draw up the motion program of the deburring machine, and a plurality of works 2 on the machining jig 3 which is carried in by a carry in and out device 17 and arranged on a positioning table 16 is deburred according to the motion program by the deburring machine 1. Thus a deburring process following a machining process can be made unmanned.

    • PURPOSE:To automatize wholly the insertion of printing wires by a method in which the hole position of wire guide is measured and stored, and the wire is moved to X and Y-direction on the basis of information of the measurement, and the wire is positioned and inserted into a given hole of the wire guide. CONSTITUTION:The position of all holes 25 provided in a wire guide 8 positioned on the plate 29 is measured by a measure 32. On the basis of information of the measurement, a tool 35 is finely moved in the X-direction to the first hole 25a and positioned, and the toll 35 is further finely moved in the Y-direction and positioned. At the same time, a tool 38 is finely moved in the X-direction. A wire 1a is guided along the slope 35' of the tool 35 and supplied through the groove of the tool 35 to the vicinity of the wire guide 8. On the basis of measured information of the measurer 32, when the tool 38 is finely moved, the wire 1a is moved in the same direction by the tool 38 and positioned in the X and Y-directions to the hole 25a. The wire 1a is inserted into the hole 25a.

    • PURPOSE:To perform a bending of a prescribed angle with one process of bending work, by automatically measuring a bending angle of work on a machine and by feed-back controlling the data on line for the motion (rotating angle of wing pattern) of bending mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A work 22 set in a clamp pattern 25 and a base 2 is bent by means of the rotation of a wing pattern 24 by a cylinder 23. After the wing pattern 24 reached a predetermined wing angle, and after it returned to an original condition, a measuring head 20 advances, and a bending angle error alphais calculated by a controlling device, and the angle error alpha is calculated comparing with standard value so as to give decision on whether or not it is within the allowance. If it is found to be outside of the allowance, the characteristic data on the material considering spring back etc. of the work 22 etc. is modified by the angle error alpha and the bending work is performed again at the commanded value of bending angle for the wing pattern 24 obtained from modified data.
