摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the production of polyurethane plastics by reacting compounds containing at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms and having a molecular weight in the range of from 400 to 10,000, polyisocyanates and, optionally, chain extenders having a molecular weight of from 32 to 400, foam stabilizers, water and/or organic blowing agents in the presence of catalysts containing tertiary nitrogen. These catalysts are characterized in that mixtures of (a) one or more cross-linking catalysts corresponding to the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 which may be the same or different, represent C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkyl radicals, preferably CH.sub.3 -- or C.sub.2 H.sub.5 radicals,R' and R" represent hydrogen or the same or different C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl radicals, preferably CH.sub.3 -- or C.sub.2 H.sub.5 -- radicals, andn represents an integer of from 1 to 10, preferably from 4 to 8,(b) blowing catalysts corresponding to the following general formula: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, are as defined above andX represents oxygen or ##STR3## where R'" represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl radical, preferably a CH.sub.3 -- or C.sub.2 H.sub.5 -- radical,p represents an integer of from 2 to 4 andr represents an integer of from 1 to 3, andm and o which may be the same or different, represent numbers ranging from 1 to 10, preferably from 1 to 3 in value.

The reaction components are generally used in quantities such that the molar ratio of tertiary amine to acid mixture is from 1:0.1 to 1:10. The molar ratio of the boric acid to the carboxylic acid in the acid mixture is generally from 1:100 to 1:0.01. These reaction products are particularly useful as catalysts in the production of isocyanate addition products.

摘要： Composite polyisocyanate addition products are formed from (1) the reaction product of a compound having at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms and a molecular weight of from 400 to 10,000, a polyisocyanate and a catalyst which is a diffusion stable amino alkyl urea having tertiary amino groups and corresponds to the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7 and n each represent specified groups or values and (2) another different material such as polyvinyl chloride, ABS, lacquers and textiles. Known additives such as blowing agents, chain extenders and foam stabilizers may optionally be used in the production of reaction product (1). The composite materials of the present invention which are particularly useful in the production of bedding and seating furniture, seats used in transport means, dashboard panels, arm-rests and for other similar applications are characterized by their lack of discoloration due to the diffusion of the catalyst employed in producing reaction product (1).
