    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection device wherein a rotary electric machine and an inverter device can be electrically connected and disconnected in a case with ease in safety. SOLUTION: The electrical connection device E is for electrically connecting a rotary electric machine 11 and an inverter device 16 in the case 2. It includes a first bus bar 21 connected to a terminal 12 of the rotary electric machine 11, a second bus bar 31 connected to a terminal 17 of the inverter device 16, and a connecting member 41 that connects them. The first bus bar 21 and the second bus bar 31 respectively have opposite portions F2, F3 placed opposite to each other with a gap in between as are housed in the space S2 in the case. The opposite portion F2 of the first bus bar is supported by a fixing member 62 fixed in the case 2. The connecting member 41 penetrates the case 2 to enter the space S2 in the case and presses the opposite portion of the second bus bar 31 toward the fixing member 62 to electrically connect the opposite portions F2, F3 of the two bus bars 21 together.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of working when mounting an electronic control device on a transaxle including two rotary electric machines. SOLUTION: An upper surface 62 of a transaxle case 40 is sloped in nearly parallel to a common contact plane of two rotary electric machines. The electronic control device 42 is arranged on an upper surface 62 of the case so that pins 58 disposed at a lower surface of the electronic control device are inserted in a guide groove arranged at the upper surface of the case. The electronic control device is moved along with the slope of the upper surface of the case. By the movement thereof, a bus bar 56 of the electronic control device side approaches from a transverse direction to a bus bar 64 of the rotary electric machine side and contacts each other.
