摘要： PURPOSE:To make a rotor very larger in cohesion as well as to reduce its cost, by heating a rotor material up to melting temperature of liquid crystal polyester resin and then forming this resin by means of injection molding, then sticking it closely to the surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming a Roots-type pump rotor by means of resination, a rotor material 1, whose circumference is of cocoon-form, consisting of an aluminum alloy is used as an insert member. Minute holes 10a, 10b are installed on an aluminum surface. If the aluminum material is heated up to 280 deg.C, minute holes 12a, 12b are expanded. Since the rotor material is being heated, resin is in no case solidified and gets into each innermost recess of these minute holes 12a, 12b. If temperature goes down, the resin in the hole is contracted because of aluminum contraction, and minute holes 14a, 14b are also contracted, so that the resin and the aluminum are strongly bound together. Thus, such a rotor as very large in cohesion is securable and, what is more, it is formable inexpensively in terms of manufacturing cost.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin molding excellent in appearance, mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance by directly injection-molding a mixture of a thermoplastic resin, an impact modifier, a reinforcement, and an additive without melt-kneading and extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, 0-20 pts.wt. impact modifier, 0-70 pts.wt. reinforcement, and 0-15 pts.wt. additive is molded on an injection molding machine directly, without melt-kneading and extrusion. Examples of the modifier include a polyester elastomer, MBS resin, MAS resin, SBR, and SEBS. The reinforcement is selected from (in)organic fillers. The machine is of the vent type preferably having a venting ability of 300mmHg or higher.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a mole to be formed with excellent productivity at low cost by pouring liquidus plastisol into a mold under low pressure, and heating and cooling it thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A glass 7 for an automobile is disposed within molds 21, 22 and then subjected to mold-clamp. Next, plastisol consisting of plasticizer being dispersed with polyvinylchloride powder is poured into a mole forming cavity. Thereafter, the plastisol is heated to be gelatinized, following this, cooled arid solidified for integrally forming a mole 1 on the peripheral surface of the glass 7. Since the liquidus plastisol is poured in this way, pouring pressures and mold- clamping forces can be reduced. Furthermore, inasmuch as an injection molding machine or high-level pressure proof mechanism is not required, the mold becomes cheap and thus the facilities can be made small in size.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the sink shape of the painting surface of a molded product by sending paint into a mold to form a film on the painting surface of the molded product composed of a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of a mold consisting of a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 is set to about 130 deg.C and a resin material plasticized and melted at about 280 deg.C is injected into an injection cylinder 3 in the same molding process as a usual injection molding process. At this time, clamping force 8 is applied in order to prevent that the molds 1, 2 are overcome with injection pressure to be opened to generate flash. The resin material flowing in the mold in a molten state reaches temp. suitable for curing paint about 40 sec after the resin material flows in the mold to be cooled and solidified. Since the flow of the resin material in the mold is already stopped at this point of time, the clamping force 8 is reduced in order to form a gap permitting the paint to enter between the mold 1 and a molded product 5. By this constitution, molding defect due to a sink or many manhours of water sanding processes can be eliminated.
