    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a treatment time for resin sealing while preventing damages or the like to an electronic part.
      SOLUTION: A resin sealed portion is integrally formed at a predetermined position of an object to be sealed by arranging in an injection mold the object to be sealed wherein an electronic part is mounted to a predetermined position of a substrate, and injecting and filling into the mold a molten resin material composed of a molten thermoplastic resin with a supercritical fluid being mixed therein. The viscosity of the molten resin material is reduced by the mixing of the supercritical fluid, thereby improving the fluidity of the molten resin material and thus significantly reducing a peak value of pressure in the mold at the time of injection molding.

      SOLUTION: The injection mold 100 has at least a first gate G1 for first injecting a resin in a cavity 3 and a second gate G2 for sequentially injecting the resin after the resin is injected from the first gate G1.
