    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the correctional shape of a non-rectangular construction material and manufacture it at the molding time by compressing numerous wood chips to the specified crossectional shape using a roll molding device and joining a decorative board on the surface of a core part to be delivered continuously. SOLUTION: Plual wood chips 21 as a raw material are impregnated with a binder, then are dried and the dried wood chips 21 are loaded into a supply part 31 successively on a production line 30. Further, these wood chips are pressed between the rollers 35, 35 of a molding machine 33 into a specified correctional shape under compression and the compressed wood chips are heated using a heating device 37 to obtain a binding force between the wood chips 21. In addition, an adhesive is applied to the surface of core parts to be fed as a continuous material using an adhesive appellation device 40. After this process, a decorative board 12 sliced out of a decorative board supply device 45 is held between the rolls 51 of a molding device 50 while stacking the decorative board 12 on the surface of the core part. The joint between the decorative board 12 and the core part surface is secured by heat through their passage in a heating device 57, and this particle board is cut to the specified length as a raw material for a construction material or furniture using a cutter. Thus it is possible to mold the particle board with a variation-rich correctional shape.

    • PURPOSE:To make a rotor very larger in cohesion as well as to reduce its cost, by heating a rotor material up to melting temperature of liquid crystal polyester resin and then forming this resin by means of injection molding, then sticking it closely to the surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming a Roots-type pump rotor by means of resination, a rotor material 1, whose circumference is of cocoon-form, consisting of an aluminum alloy is used as an insert member. Minute holes 10a, 10b are installed on an aluminum surface. If the aluminum material is heated up to 280 deg.C, minute holes 12a, 12b are expanded. Since the rotor material is being heated, resin is in no case solidified and gets into each innermost recess of these minute holes 12a, 12b. If temperature goes down, the resin in the hole is contracted because of aluminum contraction, and minute holes 14a, 14b are also contracted, so that the resin and the aluminum are strongly bound together. Thus, such a rotor as very large in cohesion is securable and, what is more, it is formable inexpensively in terms of manufacturing cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood molding which producers only a small amount of waste during manufacturing and can be easily manufactured at a low cost as well as a molding method therefor. SOLUTION: A compression-molding die 3 comprises a fixed mold 35 and a movable mold 31 mounted in such a manner that the latter can move forward to and backward from the former and has a cavity 36 of a closed spade which is extendable/shrinkable by the movable mold 31 and the fixed mold 35 of the die 3. In addition, a degassing part 33 which makes the interior of the cavity 36 communicate with the outside is provided at least in either of the fixed mold 35 or the movable mold 31. In a compression molding die 3 of the described construction, a wood material 10 and a heat-curable adhesive 20 are introduced into the cavity 36 and the movable mold 31 is advanced to diminish the cavity 36 to the almost same shape as the wood molding intended for. Thus the wood molding is obtained by molding with the operation to perform heat pressing and degassing in a closed space.
