SOLUTION: The fuel delivery pipe includes a tubular main pipe 10 having a first fuel passage 11, the injector mounting member 20 provided with a projection-shaped protrusion 23 having a second fuel passage 22 for bringing the first fuel passage 11 into communication with an injector insertion part 21 and connected to the main pipe 10 with the protrusion 23 inserted in a through-hole 13 penetrating the pipe wall 12 of the main pipe 10, and an abutment part A for abutment by an outer peripheral face (first face) 14 formed on the main pipe 10 and by a recipient face (second face) 24 formed on the injector mounting member 20 abuttably against the outer peripheral face 14. The protrusion 23 is provided by press-fitting a connection member 30 formed with a communication hole 31 forming the second fuel passage 11 into a second fuel passage 11.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold electrical wiring in a timing belt cover without making the timing belt cover large-sized by molding metallic wire material of circular cross section as the electrical wiring inside the timing belt cover made of resin. SOLUTION: A timing cover 11 has a connection part, and metallic wire material 13 of circular cross section is molded as electrical wiring. The metallic wire material 13, the electric wiring, is molded between a first connector part 12a and a second connector part 12b in the timing belt cover 11. The sectional diameter of a wiring part that is not rolled is smaller than the width of an end part and larger than the thickness of the end part, so that the timing belt cover 11 does not become large-sized even in case of molding the electrical wiring in the timing belt cover 11. The metallic wire material 13 has circular cross section so as to be high in freedom of bending directionality. The metallic wire material can therefore be molded in an optional direction in the timing belt cover 11 so as to be able to supply a necessary current.

    • PURPOSE: To make stress to be applied to a resin to the minimum extent or zero when a housing is resin-caulked, to prevent creep from being generated, and to decrease the number of parts and assembling man-hours, by covering at least the outer peripheral surface of a flange part of a fuel distributing pipe with a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION: A flange part 10a of a resin-made fuel distributing pipe 10 is provided with a metallic plate 11 on the outer peripheral surface, and a housing 12 is caulked and fixed to the resin-made flange part 10a. This metallic plate 11 is constituted of respective two divided parts and each of which is formed into a U shape in section. Therefore, stress to be applied to a resin can be made to the minimum extent or zero, and creep can be prevented from being generated on a resin. It is not necessary for the housing 12 to be fixed to the flange part 10a of the resin-made fuel distributing pipe 10 by means of a fastening member such as a bolt, assembly can be easily performed by only fitting work, and therefore, the number of parts and the assembling man- hours can be decreased.

    • PURPOSE: To achieve simplification of mounting of a fuel injection valve to a distributing pipe by completing connection to a fuel injection valve side through a process of connecting the distributing pipe to a housing for housing the fuel injection valve after integrating a lead wire with a solenoid in the distributing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A first passage 14 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in a main body part 12, and the first passage 14 is communicated with a second passage 15 formed in a suspending part 13. A solenoid 16 is wound on the suspending part 13 and inserted into an upper opening of an aluminum- made housing 17. A hole 19 communicated with an intake pipe 18 is formed under the housing 17. A fuel injection valve 20 is arranged in the housing 17, and the hole 19 of the fuel injection valve 20 is opened by excitation of the solenoid 16 with electrification to a pair of lead wires 21 embedded in a distributing pipe 11, and connected to both ends of a solenoid 16. Electric power is supplied to a pair of lead wires 21 by an input connector formed on the end of the main body part 12.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent raising of a fuel temperature in a fuel distribution pipe by forming a fuel passage in a body having a fixing part which is brought in contact with a heat source, and forming a heat insulating chamber which is communicated with a negative pressure source between the fuel passage and the fixing part. CONSTITUTION: A fixing part 12 for installing on an engine 20 is formed on the body 11 of a fuel distribution pipe 10. A fuel passage 13 formed in the body 11 is communicated with a fuel tank 21 through a piping 22. A fuel pump 23 is arranged on the piping 22, and fuel having prescribed pressure is supplied to the fuel distribution pipe 10. The fuel passage 13 is provided with a plurality of distribution passages 14, and fuel is supplied to an injector 24. A heat insulating chamber 15 is formed in the body 11 so as to position between the fixing part 12 and the fuel passage 13. The heat insulating chamber 15 is communicated with a part of an intake pipe 26 in an engine 20, for example, with a surge tank 27 through a piping 24 such as a rubber hose. Namely, an intake pipe 26 is acts as a negative pressure source.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with newly providing of any section body as in the prior art, so as to enable the number of parts to be decreased by sectioning and forming a fuel inflow passage and a fuel discharging passage by a housing. CONSTITUTION:A housing 11 is made of metal such as aluminum, or resin, and a fuel inflow passage 12 and a flow discharging passage 13 are sectionally formed therein. The fuel inflow passage 12 is communicated with a fuel tank 15 through a fuel introducing pipe 14, and the fuel discharging passage 13 is communicated with the fuel tank 15 through a pressure regulator 17 and a fuel discharging pipe 18. Moreover, a plurality of fuel injection valve attaching holes 19 to which fuel injection valves for supplying fuel to an intake pipe or a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine are attached are formed in the housing 11. A communication passage 20 for communicating the fuel inflow passage 12 with the fuel discharging passage 13 is formed on a fuel injection valve attaching hole 19a. Thereby necessity to newly provide a section body is newly provided as in the prior art is eliminated, and the number of parts can be decreased.
