    • PURPOSE: An assembling method of an electromagnetic type active mount is provided to discharge air while letting an actuating plate be fixed to the predetermined position, thereby reducing the assembling error rate. CONSTITUTION: An assembling method of an electromagnetic type active mount comprises the following steps. A main assembly(10) is inverted so that a mounting portion(11a) can be positioned above an insulator, and hydro-liquid of the predetermined amount is injected. A nozzle assembly(20) is thrown into the said mounting portion. The air existing in the space between the insulator and the nozzle assembly is discharged to make the space vacuum. The end portion(14) of a housing(11) is bent for preventing the nozzle assembly from being separated and curled to contact with a diaphragm(22) of the nozzle assembly, then coupling of the nozzle assembly with the main assembly is completed.       상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 전자식 능동형 마운트의 조립에 있어서 가진체를 정위치에 고정한 상태로 공기 배출 작업이 가능하므로 조립 불량률을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: An electronic active engine mount device is provided to prevent heat emission of a coil causing thermal damage to rubber parts. CONSTITUTION: An electronic active engine mount device is composed as follows. A main rubber(100) in which a center bolt(110) is inserted, a main pipe(200), and a diaphragm(300) are coupled to form a damping chamber(400) containing working fluid therein. An orifice unit(500) and an exciter(600) are mounted inside the damping chamber to divide the damping chamber into top and bottom chambers(410,420). The bottom chamber is divided into first and second sub chambers(421,422) by an electronic actuator(700). A sub channel(730) is formed through the center of the electronic actuator to connect the first and the second sub chamber.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a terminal clip to a battery is provided to regulate the fastening direction of fastening bolts and nuts at various angles. CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a terminal clip(200) are separated each other to contact the outer surface of a battery terminal(110) projected on the upper side of a battery(100). A pair of tightening brackets(300) is formed curved and separate from each other on both ends of the terminal clip. A pair of joint blocks(400) is pressed on the outer surface of the tightening brackets, facing each other. A fastening rod(500) and a fastening nut(600) fasten the joint blocks to the tightening brackets so as to regulate the coupling distance.
