    • PURPOSE: A motor control system and a method thereof are provided to prevent unnecessary energy loss generated during a stop by controlling excitation currents of a motor according to the stop condition of an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A motor control system includes a vehicle speed calculation part(110), a pedal detection part(120), a gear shift detection part(130), a VCU(Vehicle Control Unit)(140), an MCU(Motor Control Unit)(150), and a motor(160). The vehicle speed calculation part calculates the speed of a vehicle from the number of revolutions of the motor and delivers to the VCU. The pedal detection part detects a brake pedal actuation signal inputted from a driver and delivers to the VCU. The gear shift detection part detects the position of a shift lever and delivers to the VCU. If the electric vehicle is stopped, the VCU controls the MCU to cut off the supply of excitation currents to the motor.     • PURPOSE: A structure of a roll-rod is provided to improve productivity by simplifying a structure and reduce the size of the structure without the degradation of the performance of the vibration insulation. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a roll-rod comprises a fastening rod(10), a housing(20), a core, an insulator, and a fixing bolt. The front side of the fastening rod is equipped with a mounting hole for a bush(12) which is connected to the lower side of a power train. The housing is joined to the rear side of the fastening rod. The core is accepted inside the housing and is integrally molded with an insulator. The insulator is made of an elastic material or synthetic resin material with a predetermined elasticity. The insulator is joined to the outer surface of the core in order to separate the core on the inner circumference of the housing. The fixing bolt penetrates the core inside the housing.
