    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage detector which is, as a result of down-sizing, capable of being always attached to a leakage detection object member such as a fluid controller and thus always monitoring leakage of a fluid, and a fluid controller having the same.SOLUTION: The fluid controller 1 is composed of a fluid controller main body 2 and a leakage detector 3 attached to the fluid controller main body 2. A leak port 16 for detecting leakage is disposed on the fluid controller main body 2. The leakage detector 3 includes: a sensor holding body 21 attached to the fluid controller main body 2; an ultrasonic sensor 22 held by the sensor holding body 21 so as to face the leak port 16; an ultrasonic passage 23 disposed between a sensor surface of the ultrasonic sensor 22 and the leak port 16; and a processing circuit 24 for processing an ultrasonic wave acquired by the ultrasonic sensor 22.
